Anyone have a horror storry? Or myabe just an expierence that made you feel so great? Or hell.. even a commical/emabarassing one?
Mine would have to be today. We busted our asses in class today. Everyone had atleast 4 trays of random pastries to put into the oven. There are 17 people in my class. And we only have one deck oven. Which holds 8 trays max. To add to all that... we had sour dough that still needed to be scored, sprayed n put in the oven as well. We had one hour to get all the pastry n bread finished before it was sent off to the bakery on campus. We ended up finishing 2 hours later. The chef said it all looked like s**t... So I went to the bakery to buy stuff back... in only a half hour.. our stuff was sold. A customer even pulled me aside and started raving on how good it was. I looked in his bag and saw the blueberry turnovers I had made.

*nods* I ran back into the classroom and told her that all of our so called "s**t" was gone in under 30 minutes. The look on her face was priceless.
