We first met him on a episode of doctor who The Empty Child ..I think that's where we fell in love with him! I sure did :swoon: He was this lighthearted man, who tried to hit on anyone and anything that moved! Now he's in charged of Torchwood 3....So lets discuss how awesome and everything else the Cpt is!

Capt'n Jack is probably the only Companion I've never had a problem with (once he was a companion). sweatdrop
I admit, when i first saw him i wasn't too keen, mainly because i was a Doc/Rose fan, and didn't want anything ruining that. But then we got to know Capt'n Jack's character, and who could help but fall in love with him? mrgreen
I especially love him in Torchwood, he's got his own team and everything - it's cute. heart I am very curious about his past though, i really want to know what happened there....

I must admit, the first episode Cap'n Jack was in (The Empty Child)... he annoyed me. Mainly because he was flirting with Rose, and obviously she was meant to be with The Doctor! rolleyes
Nah, I fell in love with him in Boom Town, just because he was funny.
Then I re-watched The Empty Child/The Doctor Dances, and thought he was absolutley amazing. Woah, I'm biased smile
He is fantastic in Torchwood 3 too, a brilliant leader.... even if he does get killed a fair few times.
Jack/Ianto all the way!!!! xd

I love that hard side to Jack's nature. I am always intrigued when heroes have that hard edge. I hate the "blacl or white" attitude of most shows that say a hero has to be completly good with no darkside. People are not like that. We all have a darkness within us. I love how Captain Jack's dark side is present, along with his goodness. It makes him a more believable and (to me) more lovable character.

I love his whole past, like the way its all twisted and turned.
And I agree with 'The Masters Press Agent'; he doesnt hide away from his dark side, and pretend it's not there, it's shown as a part of his character, but like in a good way.
But I actually love him in Torchwood.
And the fact he flirts with anything that moves (Y)

Small Worlds was a big one for me - for a start the Faeries freaked the life out of me! I'm always a believer in faeries - but i was truly terrified after that. Jack crying in it nearly killed me, i hate it when he does. I love it when he's smiling heart
