Okay. Here's one of my favorites that I learned in FCS. Tuna Cheesies
1 can (6.5 oz.) tuna, drained 1/4 cup finely chopped onion 1/4 cup chopped onion 2 tablespoons mayonnaise 1/4 teaspoon salt a dash of pepper 4 English muffins some butter or margarine 8 slices of American cheese
1. Mix tuna, onion, celery, mayonaise, salt and pepper 2. Set oven to broil 3. Spread each muffin with butter and toast in broiler 4. Spread tuna mixture on muffins 5. Top with cheese 6. Broil 5" from heat for 3-5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden brown Note: Serve immediately and it should make 8 sandwiches.

Marshmallow Grundos
Method 1. Take 2 jumbo marshmallows.
2. Cut one so its slightly smaller than the other.
3. Take the smaller one and add red sprinkles for eyes and cut a mouth with a knife.
4. Take a toothpick and break it in half.
5. Take 1/2 of the toothpick and stick it on the top right side of the "head".
6. Repeat on the left side.
7. Stick 2 mini marshmallows on each of the toothpicks.
8. Take another toothpick and stick it in the bottom of the "head".
9. Connect the slightly smaller marshmallow("the head") and the biggest marshmallow("the body") together. Enjoy!
