Poetry is not really always having to rhyme but it has to have a sort of rhythm hence the reason that a lot of poets write music. Or write lyrics. What makes it click for me is when I can relate to the subject of what is being talked about. A famous poet that I enjoy is Robert Frost. I also heart POETRY.....But that is sort of a given. If you read the beginning of this page as well as every other page I have made in my entire life. Poetry is also a release of emotion. Usually the emotion at hand is anger unfortunately but it gets me through the day, I personally believe it is very therapeutic to those like me who do not like to well blow up at the next person they see. Not always poetry just writing it down in general and I used to keep a journal but my mom started reading it so I stopped and started writing things on the internet. I am sure that this is a lot longer then most of you will ever read but for the few of you that due...You I believe will get a greater knowledge and one step closer to knowing the Sol McNally that you will either love or hate.

i use poetry to express simple but strong feelings in a complex way feelings in a complex way...like saying..."you should have shut the ******** up"(parden the launguage sol, but i need to get my point across) in poetic harmoney:
I say no you say so i say go its like oh,
now im gone you go on til the dawn just on and on,
now its never you go on forever you think your clever i hate your endever,
i would so say but now say nay but loss of the way now ends my day,
forever in time on goes your rhyme i would say mine but you crossed the line.

i need to get out how i feel, express my pain but with poetic harmony...i guess thats what i love about peoms and what attracts me to them, being able to take harsh and painful and even horendous situations and make them a beautiful artwork for all to appreitate, and nuthings better at that than peoms
