here's some feedback.....maybe put a bit more meat in them......they're kinda skinny.....lol
i can't really help on the oddities of hands or feet except maybe practice the bases like the palms and then attaching fingers later on. lol.

Hah, the two things I notices have already been mentioned. They're a little skinny, and the lines aren't really dark enough to see after scanning.

I would agree. They're kind of skinny and it's kind of a little too light. It looks kind of blurry.

A little wok on the Anatomy too, k? I like your style though. Darken th lines too. I've had all the same problems.

Hands and feet start as circles and squares!
HANDS:
palm of hand= square with wide rounded top
heel of hand = circle
fingers= circles for joints and cylinders for the rest
FEET:
heel of foot= circle
ankle= circle
arch of foot=square
toes= same as fingers but not as long!
