Rahu was in the clearing this night. he had become accustom to coming out only at night now, since he rather avod others. giving a small snort and a flick of his tail, he looked around for a moment to make sure no one was around. once statisfied no one was around, he muched on some grass.

Glory loved being with Kimi as a tour guide. The new mare was lacking the knowledge of things in this new place. What better way to become an excellent friend then help her out.

"Okies to your right is the human village. They have yummy food sometimes. Celendria likes one in particular."

The Lemur colored mare nodded and gazed at the flickering distant lights. She smelt the fires and strange food scents of dinners being made.

"Ah I see... food for them and us. Well nice as they are?" she murmered with a flick of her tail. Her orange eyes gleaming in the darkened night.

Rahu never knew the clearing was not too far off from the village. he dispised tow leggers with a passion and stayed clear of them. his ears twitched as he listened for anyone near by. scanning the area once more with his dark red eyes. he knew he was hard to see cause of his dark black red coat and always liked it.

Glory smiled as she knew the foriegn soquili was doing her best to try and say what it was she needed. The gray mare was quite charming yet was so awkward in the presence of others. Glory put it in her mind to rectify the situation catching a glimpse of another Soquili not to far off.

"Hello over there!" she called with a whinny that was soft and almost lyrical.

Kimimela's eyes shifted with their eerie glow of the orange light they gave in the night's canopy. She focused on the darker male, an identifying mark upon his forehead making him stand out in the darkness.

Rahu lifted his head where he heared someone say hello and saw two mares not far off. he gave a snort and then gave a nicker back as a way of saying come over here. not being one to walk over to someone else, he flicked his tail as he waited for these two mares to come over.

Glory as usual hed her head high trotting over. If he wasn't going to come to them they would go to where he stood. Though his aura seemed a bit strange to her. No matter it was good Kimi met the others that lived here just the same.

Kimimela walked slowly her eyes shining once more in the stallion's direction. She wondered why Glory always set to advance into spontaneous decisions. Perhaps it was just her way of doing things. Eventually she sided beside the unicorn and paused, her tail flicking back and forth.

Rahu watched the two as they came over. " whom might you two be. it seems a little late for two mares to be out by themselfs. " he eyed the mare with the horn, having only twice seen a unicorn. looking at the other, she almost reminded him of Helaku's raccoon marks but she was different.

Kimi tried to be strong at this point with her vocabulary. She knew that her speech was quite fefined just yet (but she would try anyway).

"Kimimela I am. From the forest I came to live here with others." she tried a slight smile and bowed her head trying to be quite respectable.

Glory was almost proud of the other mare for being so initiative. She nodded her gleaming spiral and spoke on her own, "I am Glory. And now kind sir whom might you me may I ask?

Rahu smirked and in turn bowed to the mare. this was the only time he was truly polite. " seems your not from around here with your accent Kimimela. " he turn to glory with the same smirk which showed he was only acting polite. " the names Rahu." these two are interesting he thought to himself. he found they where different than most mares he has met, though he was acting polite out of boredom.

Rahu found Kimimela's speech a bit hard to understand at first but caught on quick. he also noted Glory was a little uneasy and figured she know he might be different than he actualy was being. " i see, well im never around others much myself but i rather like being to myself." turning to Glory he grinned. " i see, i rather like the nite myself, sinc enot many come around and i tend to keep to myself."

Glory watched him feeling the deceptive enclosure slip away. She thought to herself of the kindness gesture knowing it was merely something he was just doing for the heck of it.

"Hmm I used to be afraid of the night when Tori and I would sneak out into the clearing. Always made my hair stand on end when those wild dogs bayed in the distance."

Kimi swiveled her ears picking up the converstation as she memorized the strange words they used. It still was jumbled and wierd.

"Night is the creatures. We all sing as the moon does. Dance and play in the moon."

Rahu listened to Kimimela's words, to try to understand what she ment. " right you are Kimimela, though there are some who do not like the night. " looking at Glory, he blinked for a moment. " Tori? you mean Dyami's daughter. i have yet to meet her, though i know her father. i also hate those blasted wild dogs that roam around. cant see why some become friends with them."

Glory pondered the wild canines or ones like her mother had that was loyal and sweet. She lifted her head to listen more of his query. "Tori is my best friend. Only Soquili I ever hung out with the most. It didn't matter if I was a unicorn or not. She was and always will be a great friend."

Kimi blinked in question at him wondering who. Her ears perked as her eyes glowed, "No like the night? But night is another happiness. Dance.. Dance for the moon we call yes."

Rahu chuckled at Kimimela, her strange way of talking made him think. " yes there are those who dont but then there are those like us who like the moon light and night." he then smirked at Glory. " i see, well i would say that is a good thing then."taking a moment to ponder and look at the moon. he wondered if he should keep up this act for a while longer or end it. grinning he awaited both of them to talk.

Kimi liked the way this night was turning out. She nodded at his words letting them sink in even more. Rising to her feet she lifted her head up to the glowing orb above her. "Yes dance... dance to the moon", she sang aloud as her voice carried upon the night breeze. "All us dance singing for the moon." she let out another cry as she spun on her two back legs whining joyously.

Glory giggled watching Kimi twirl for them. This was the most progress she had shown in a long time since she arrived. As the wild dogs bayed their routine, the unicorn knew it was night turning to dust. Soon it was time to depart. But for a moment more she'd let the gray mare with the striped tail dance... just a little more.

Rahu chuckled as Kimimila danced about. " you are quite the interesting one Kimimela." his ears twitched as he heare the wild dogs bay. and softly snorted. " seems it close to dust, which means i must depart, though i hope to meet you two again. your two are quite interesting." giveing a nod, he waited to hear there byes and then would leave.

Kimi twirled and caught the scent of the dogs that bayed the awakening of Dawn. Her fur on her withers and back bristled slipping her downward to all fours again. "Glory time is past moon. You hear them yes? Celendria will come if no return yes? Oh do not let the moon leave you to sun." she murmered, her eyes wide as saucers gleaming orange.

Glory blew outward knowing it was time. With a bow she nodded to him and agreed with Kimi. "Yes the sun is rising in hours to come. Fare thee well Rahu. If you are out here as tonight we'll meet yet again. Come Kimi its getting late."

Kimi nodded still tense from the dogs. "Yes meeting you thank you. Now bye."

Together they galloped off under the bright orb in the sky then disappeared into the darkness left remaining.
