Near the west edge of the island is a small town of people. These people keep to themselves about most things. It at this moment is currently nuetral to the HOLY members and the rouge alter users. Majoritising in normal humans, its population reaches near 1000.. Its placed around a foutain located in the center of the town. Towering 30 feet in the air, it spirals water down in chutes, letting some fly off the edges and spraying any one that gets too close.

You do not controll other people. And the townspeople love every one, there nuetral remember.
No god-modding
No cybering
Holy members cant gang up on rouge alter.
If rouge alters gang up on holy members, towns people may revolt against you.

Leo sighed as he found a new town and walked to the center of the town, his hands in his pockets. Seeing the fountain from afar he whent to it. He scooped some water with his right hand and took a sip of it. The spiralling of the waterchutes apeared to have been bumpy, and filtered the water so it was crystal clear.

As leo sees the new man he pays no attention to him but sits down. No body really looked at him because his alter was hidden in his palms, to wich he kept in a pocket. He turned to the open space and looked around on the cobble stone road.

He took a heavy sigh as he moved along, he roamed the town a little trying to find an apartment building.

He walked and walked and walked and failed misserably. Aparently this town dident get too many visitors. He stoped at the town hall for some information. As he stepped in a gaurd eyed him curiously. He said nothing to the gaurd, and tried to keep his eye contact away from him as he stepped up to a desk with a young lady, flittering through papers that seemed important, sitting behind it.

Iron Nail He walked and walked and walked and failed misserably. Aparently this town dident get too many visitors. He stoped at the town hall for some information. As he stepped in a gaurd eyed him curiously. He said nothing to the gaurd, and tried to keep his eye contact away from him as he stepped up to a desk with a young lady, flittering through papers that seemed important, sitting behind it. The lady asked as she slowed her paper flittering. "Yes actually. Im new here in town and i would like to find an apartment room to rent. Do you know where i could find one?" Leo tried to ask in a respectfull maner. He knew he was invading her time. The lady huffed and simply replied, "There are none." And she quickly whent back to her papers. Seeing as how he had tresspassed enough he turned and left, seeing the gaurd again and this time catching his eyes. The gaurd tipped his head like a gentlemen as if saying a silent welcome and sorry. Leo left the town hall and looked once again apon the fountain. Looking around some more he saw nothing of interest so he whent to the fountain.

He reached the tall fountain and wondered for a moment what to do. There were no Holy here and there certainly wasent anything of much interest. He wondered if he should just pass up this town.

((bout damn time kazuma lol))
Looking around at the buildings set up around him he saw a small abandoned house. It was a little rusty looking but it should serve some good purpose. It would be the closest thing he had to a place to sleep at during the night so he traveled back across to the town hall and walked back up to the desk, noticing that the gaurd looked dumfounded that he was back. He reached up to the lady that looked back up at him. She got a little frustrated and huffed setting down her now neatly filed papers. "What do you need now stranger.""I was just wondering wether or not I could have that old abandoned house over there on the other side of the fountain."he said pleasently. The lady wondered for a bit and opened up a drawer on her right and flipped through some of the papers and pulled one out. It seemed to never have been touched in a long time. "Fill this out and give me a deposite of 500 dollars and the house is yours". She stood up and pressed a button on the desk she sat at, closing the drawer and locking every thing up the lady left. Leo took the pen on the desk and left the town hall once again, seeing the gaurd smileing at him. He stood at the fountain once again and sat on its edge. Wondering how he was going to make the other 100 dollars for the rest of the house payment.
((Do they use dollars in the show? Ive never seen them have an issue with money to tell what type of currency they use.))

i found it *bout time* i see this guy bent over holding his gut and twiching. "hey mister whats wrong" 'Yeeeeeeeeeeooooooooooooow' "ok" he starts to make grunting sounds when spikes come out of his back "Whoa!" "Gudaisan!"; the spike coved alter user lunges at me so i use my gudaisan to make a sheild, but blocking his attack just enrages him twisted ; with no time to act i use my gudaisan and change my sheild to make it more offensive which causes the spike alter to hurt himself; while he is stuned by the pain i ram him, which sticks him to the wall due to his spikes, i knock him out and peceed to buy my jacket.
