Had a dream that u know means something but can't figure out what?

its not that i keep having the same dream, but actually the dream itself keeps changing but the all sare the same thing. there is a beautiful, smooth shiny jet black cat. he has beautiful knowing like ice blue eyes. in all the dreams i hear the name sable being called out and the cat responds and thats about the time my children wake me up.

last night I dreamt that my dad came home and said it was pouring then opened the back door to show that it was. It felt so real that when I woke up I didn't know the difference. And today it rained....

This isn't my dream, but it's a dream my friend has who has had it multiple times and would like to know what it means(yes, it was copy and pasted straight from the email):
Me, Kat, and you were all in mourning because someone very close to us died, and her name was Ashley. In the dream we had huge fights with our parents, so we decided to run away to the forest, where we hid underneath these board-type things running along in a path. As we hid under there, a man came by, stood on top of the boards right above us, and shot himself. His blood seeped through the boards and in to our hair and on our clothes, so it looked like we had murdured him. So we had no choice but to go back to our parents. In forest we were wearing summer dresses, Kat's was pink, mine was white, and yours was yellow.
The second time the dream happened, we were all looking at Kat's Zune, which had a picture of us in the summer dresses. The Zune took us back to the time when Ashley died, and it was like time had started over. When the time came that we ran away, I was like, "Guys, we can't hide under those boards, because if we do, something really bad is going to happen." So instead of hiding under the boards, we hid behind a tree. We saw the man walk to the boards and shoot himself, and we were all freaked. So then the dream changes, we're back in present time, looking at the picture of us in the summer dresses on Kat's Zune, and you guys are all, "Man, if it weren't for you, we wouldn't even be here right now." Then I woke up.

I had a dream that I was back at school in a class i haven't taken in years and I cut this guys arm off and sewed it on to another person and it worked. the arm had total movement and use. I don't know if it means anything but I would like to her your interpretations.
Another dream i havee been having is i am in a clearing. it is sunny and warm and there are big trees on all sides so you can't see in or out. All of this is exactly the same. the only detail that changes is that there is a guy standing in front of me and everytime i have this dream it is a different guy but they are all guys who are in my life. I always wake up before the dream ends (unless the dream has no end) but every guy is one of my friends.

Well, usually, dreams like this mean that You are in general happy, and that you look up to these people, they bring the best out in you, and that they mke you feel special and different, hence the isolated clearing in which noone can see you. oh, and this is for the second bit, the first has too many variables for me to interpert over the internet.
