well the magnum revolver is unlocked in nightmare 2 and the handcannon(these guys played too much re4!) is found in HUNK's "fourth survivor" by blasting open a set of double doors! the hand cannon starts off with "s" level power and can be upgraded to "s+" power. once you upgrade it (or any weapon) to level 5, you get infinite ammo! lolz it pretty much takes all of the toughness of the game away but it is still fun!

Well to tell you the truth i havent gotten it meself yet but you go to a set of double doors. when HUNK is facing it, blast it with a shot gun! the handcannon is inside

i just sprayed it with a pumped up TMP. that worked alot.
