granted his spelling isnt the greatest in the world
but he does know what he is talking about when it comes to naruto, and he is decent when it comes to the basics of RPing
i think he should be allowed in
of course i am willing to subject it to a vote

I've seen him type 'u' and 'you' in the same sentence.

he does type in aim, but that is an easy solution. just tell him not to.
i do it to when im not in the guilds
