So, can anyone answer this for me? I'm confused...
Is Kurochan's real name You-ou or what...? Is Kurogane a surname or just a title or something like that..? sweatdrop I don't know how the naming system worked in feudal Japan...
What a strange name, anyway..."Falcon king" doesn't suit him as well as "black steel" does...

I'm not too sure on that either, but I think his real first name is Youou.
Teehee... Kurogane and Fay both have different names. ^o^

Why can't they just tell their real names? Next thing we know Sakura's name is gonna be Tomoyo and Tomoyo will be Sakura ♥
I kinda hate how Tomoyo is the only one who knows Kuroganes real name!
It shows their....bond (shivver) Master and servant! EEK. Disgusting! sad
Though I have to say one last thing I didn't really like clone Syaoran. I like the new one better. He's more...whats the word...dependant and awsome-er. Though he might not be as funny when he's drunk but hes cooler now. And besides clone Syaoran ate Fai's eyeball that makes me ticked! Power hugery twit D:<

Yeah, I hate how she's the only one who knows his name. I didn't really like how he swore his oath again either... xp
KuroTomo is slightly possible, but not a lot... at least that's how I see it. I just keep telling myself, "It's only a master and servant type of bond, and nothing more."
Chapter 183 is taking forever!

The name 'Kurogane' could just be a name passed down in the family.
Like 'Tsukuyomi' is passed down to the Protector of the castle while Tomoyo is her real name. Or something like that.

Ah dude, anyone read chapter 183 yet? If you haven't you didn't miss anything except Yuko getting hurt and them talking. I was so ticked because it was nothing important not even a kurofai moment. None at all! Though I think they looked at each other...but other than that!
I can't wait till 184! biggrin
Syaoran none-clone is cuter too! >.>

CLAMP is killing us! After the "that's payback" part, there hasn't really been any Kurogane/Fay interaction since! crying Though I keep telling myself "It'll come, it'll come..." but hopefully it'll come soon!

Then again, there hasn't been a lot of conversation between any of the travelers... with Sakura gone, everything is a still angsty and way less easygoing than before the events at Tokyo.

Whoa.
Wait wait.
Am I the only one who doesn't think that Kurogane and Tomoyo's relationship is disgusting! Their relationship is awesome! Their platonic love for each other is simply awesome. Tomoyo and Kurogane are like a brother and sister, father and daughter, or just dear friends. There's no romance their in the first place so why should it be disgusting?
Besides, KuroTomo is absolutely 100% impossible. CCS people, CCS. Tomoyo already has a canon romance going. It is one-sided but it is eternal just like any other CLAMP romance. Tomoyo loves Sakura and she will never love anyone in that way. CLAMP wouldn't betray one of the characters they worked so hard to establish. Don't fear Kurogane and Tomoyo's relationship as romance between them is illogical, implausible, and impossible. They love each other but only in a platonic way. Kurogane trusted Tomoyo with his true name because Tomoyo is the one who saved him from everything and gave him the platonic love he needed. She is like his sister, of course he trusts her with such an important thing. And really, when the time comes, I'm sure he'll tell Fay his true name.
On another subject, I WANT THE NEXT CHAPTER!! ALL THESE BREAKS ARE KILLING ME!!

Kurogane and Tomoyo have a beautiful relationship. I really admire all the relationships Tomoyo has in Tsubasa and CCS. Even ones that weren't focused on much, like Tomoyo and Syaoran's relationship in CCS, were really complex and interesting.
Tomoyo is incredibly kind and caring to everyone, and just because she cares for someone who isn't in a relationship themselves (I mean at the beginning, before Kurogane went off traveling), in a world with no Sakura, doesn't mean she's "in love" with them. And the fact is, up until she sent him away and he met with Fay, Syaoran and Sakura, she was Kurogane's most important person, and of course he shares a special bond with her.
Kurogane and Tomoyo always reminded me of Touya and Sakura, except completely different. confused

I adore Kuro and Tomo's relationship. I don't think that there's anything romantic between them, but the fact that they protect each other like they do shows their care for each other. whee
I don't think she was his "most important person" by CLAMP's definition, but he most definitely cares about her and will always protect her, especially since he pretty much owes her.
I'm not gonna use the "Kuro doesn't love Tomo because of their age difference" argument, though. I used to, but then I remembered Rika and Terada-sensei's relationship...D: CLAMP knows no boundaries (except for the one in which a character from another series won't fall in love with a different character than their real "special person" >__>).

And I didn't mean "most important person" in CLAMP terms... just in... the terms... of... well, exactly what they mean, outside of what they mean. *ka-boom*

Kurogane's relationship with Tomoyo is indeed beautiful. There is no romantic elements, but is more of a relationship similar to Sakura's with Yukito/Yue in CCS. A protector and the protected, and it's a master and loyal sevant type of relationship too. At least that's how I see it...
But nonetheless, I agree that KuroTomo is pretty much impossible, as it FayChii. If either happened it would either wreck Tomoyo's character or the whole story of Chobits. KuroFay seems like the only logical pairing for both Kurogane and Fay.
(By the way, anyone know when the next chapter is coming out?)
