((This RP is about finding a special item that is also named The Autumn's Way and is rumored to not be an ancient item, but something created quite recently. The creator died in a raid by bandits and the bandits where found dead, nothing wrong with the corpses. This is my very first RP, so please be patient.))

Twas a cool, autumn day, one with the wind blowing in gusts through the colorful trees, sweeping leaves off of branches and driving people inside this late in the day. The sun was almost down and, as all who lived in Cheydinhall knew, this is when the evil things came out to play. Agramir stood outside of the well, risking being spotted yet again from the guards to enjoy the moving, fresh air that smelt of the Earth. He didn't fell it on his face, of course, because he still wore the special mask he had donned from the hardest fore he had fought yet; a Priest of Order who had learned a few extra spells and kept hordes of the Knights of Order flowing out of the damned spire. Ever since then, he had never taken it off, even to show his family what he looked like. He met up with the target and paced behind them, keeping his distance as they walked across town and pulled the parchment right out of their pack, being careful. He knew he wasn't the best pick-pocket, but he could do it most of the time.

Verden glided lithely through the shadows, her nose picking up a peculiar, distinct scent she knew well: expensive perfume. Where there was that, there was a beutiful woman for the feasting. She watched from the street as the woman walked with an escort, her arm through a man's arm, and both of them walking together. they didn't see Verden's pale face from the darkness and she grinned with her fangs as she followed closely behind, waiting for the right moment to pounce.

Agramir opened up the parchment and read his instructions:

"Agramir;
As a new intiate, we are sending you to grab a powerful weapon, one that may bring about the destruction of all of us. We are sending you out with a trusted vampire, one that the guild has watched and want you to ask her to join. We apologize that the only speaker available has vanished in some ruins some time ago. The brotherhood has faith in you.
For the contract: We are not sure where it is, but some bandits must have stolen it and lost it and now you must seek it. Our best bet is for you to board the only ship left in the Imperial City that this known group have taken over and will set sail in a couple of days, as the guards their are caught in a stale-mate with them from one of their own laws of having no rights to private ship. We wish you the best of luck."
He folded it back up without looking at it and continued to walk, casting his gaze about. Ahead where some very snobbish people he tended to relieve them of their gold in their own homes but noticed something pasty-white in the shadows. It was dusk and caught only a slight flash of it at one hundred yards away but knew he saw something. Watching, he walked without breaking his stride and let whatever was going to happen, happen.

Most of her ashen face hidden,Verden bolted from the darkness, her graceful steps silent as she pranced lightly behind with a kind of feline grace that was both ferocious and deadly; an art form in itself. she rared back at the fourth step then shot forward, her arms hooking the woman first and yanking her back with a snap as her shoulder dislocated. Verden's fangs were in the lady's neck before she coudl scream. the yank toplled the man; who, at the time, had his mouth open. Verdan raked her foot around while she drank the lady's blood, landing it in the man's chest and knocking the eind from him. Verden dropped the woman and let the blood drip from her neck as she grabbed the man and ripped into his throat, waves of the red liquid foaming out as she dropped him, the trails of crimson pooling in between the cracks in the road.

Agramir kept walking as normal and squatted down next to the feeding vampire and held his hands flat out toward her and fingers down, signaling to her that he was a friend. "You know, you should bottle some up and hold onto it for later. One of my own vampire friends does it and says that it tastes sweeter when you cool it and drink it before it settles." He calmly pulled out a wine bottle and the still gushing vein of the bleeding woman's neck and began to fill it with the dying victim's life-blood.

Verden frowned at him. "I enjoy killing. Why on Earth would I deprive myself of killing filthy whore women when they are so plentiful? Better to spill their sweet blood all over the ground." she smiled, eyes glowing beneath her hood. "and then lap it up from their neck. not drink it from some bottle like an animal." she scoffed.

"Well, I do have some business with you and don't think that wine would suit you to talk over." He finished the bottle and pulled out another, since the blood kept coming. He set the bottle down on the ground and propped the other in her neck so that he could cork the first bottle. He wiped the dribble of blood off of the bottle with his cloak. "You know, one whore left alive is one more for some far off day. I'm not saying stop at all, just be a little conservative."

Sche scoffed. "Thre are more than I can ever eat. And there is no fun in drinking it like a human, from a glass." she gagged. "Gross. Insult to nature. I prefer their pain, the feel of the flesh on my teeth, their fear in their eyes and the feel of their warm bodies in my fingers." her eyes glowed as she looked at him. "You yourself look positvely delicious as well. And what is this business of which you speak?" she licked the blood from her arms.

He chuckled, amused that she would find someone tasty when not an inch of their skin was showing. "I would like to ask you to join a special group, but we should probably clear out of here before one of those idiot guards stumbles across us. You finish up." He picked up the second bottle and corked it and tucked both of them under his cloak and stood up to watch for any one else coming. He grimaced inside of his mask at the warm touch of the blood. He never liked the sick feeling of bodily liquids from and being, even himself.

"a special group?" she ducked her ehad quickly, takigna long drink, almsot liek one would take a drag froma cigarette, from the man's body and stood, lickign the blood as it ran down the corner of her mouth and dripped from her chin. her glowing eyes regarded him. "lead the way." she grinned with her sharp teeth.

"Very well. I hope you don't mind but I'd like to have a drink." He lead her to an inn and walked inside. Only the soft murmur of a low conversation by two people at the bar drifted out behind him. He sat down at the only table in the whole place, one shoved into a tiny alcove and that only the bar tender had any sort of line of sight to the table. He knocked three times on the table and the lady behind the counter came over and placed a glass and a bottle of something warm on the table with a cold expression. She knew who he was and didn't like it one bit, despite the decent business he brought at drinking a complete bottle of the stuff and promptly left, leaving only the money on the table as any mark of being their.

Verden followed quietly, her eyes landing on the bar woman. The way she walked away, the cold air around her. It mad eVerden want to sink her teeth into something and rip it apart. she sat quietly beside Agramir, making sure all the blood was off her face. Even as a vampire, it wasn;t good to draw attention. With her red eyes, pale skin, and long black hair it was fairly easy to pretend to be a dark elf, but the blood would raise some eyebrows. "alcohol..." she chuckled, disgusted. Men always tasted so bad when they had it in their blood. once she'd gotten drunk because of it.

He lifted up his mask just enough for his smile to be visible. "Don't worry; there isn't enough in the stuff I like to even be smelt on my breath. It's just something that helps me to relax and think. Besides, I like the taste in small amounts." He grabbed the bottle and uncorked it and filled the little glass only half way. "Here, you may want to read this." he said, while raising the glass to his lips with one hand and pulling out the contract that he grabbed from someone who didn't even know that he was carrying orders for the Dark Brotherhood.

Verden grabbed it quickly, steering it from his fingers and bringing it in front of her red eyes as she read its script.

He slowly sipped his drink, smelling the sweetness of his drink and waited for her to finish reading. Vampires, as he saw them, had more potential for being very intelligent but he knew of one that had looked down on him for his intelligence and could not even read. But he solved that problem perminetly. He just hoped that this one could read.
