They pass the indifferent by,

Like the many colors of yarn,
Do these lives clash together.
Bright and Dark,
And even those of neither...
Ulaya lay were they land,
But only they can choose,
On which side of the line, drawn in the sand.
~The introduction~
As you open the door and step through slowly with a curious look upon your face, a sudden yell startles you.
"Hey you there! What do you think you're doing here without a hard-hat or a protection spell!? Don't you know its not safe around here yet?" A tall hansome looking man rushes forward to slam the door behind you causing it to disappear into thin air.
Frantically you spin around and run your hands up and down the wall trying to find the door. Then after a few moments you give up as the mysterious man lays a gentle hand upon your shoulder.
"Hey there. Don't you get upset the door will return in a few minutes... I'm Koro and I'll take care of you until the door returns from whatever dimention it floated off to." Twitching an eyebrow, the silver haired man realizes he still has his hand on your shoulder and quickly removes it. "Now whats your name?"
Hesitently you tell him your name and twiddle your thumbs, wondering why the strange man named Koro isn't punishing you for wandering into this place.
"Why such a long face Kiddo? Did my beauty stun you into silence?" Laughing heartily as he joked around, Koro taps you gentley on the back causing you to move forward a few feet.
Blinking you look back at him and c**k your head wondering why you had moved forward with such a light tap.
"What? There isn't magic where you come from?" Pausing he looks you up and down, "Well you do have potential to do things here in my world..." Sighing, the man named Koro jumps as a small animal pops out from behind him. And in a small high pitched voice it speaks angerly at the nervous green-eyed man.
"KOROTACHI! How dare you not fully introduce yourself to our honored guest! DO IT RIGHT AND DON'T JUST SAY YOUR NAME." Ranting slightly the black cat like creature and the tall man fought back and forth.
Odd, you think to yourself as you stand rather nervously at the edge of their conversation, only when a eerie silence decends upon the place do you snap out of your daydream. The cat-creature and the man stand facing you with totally different expressions on their faces, a smug smile upon the cat's and an annoyed twitch on the mans. Raising your hand to see if Koro was alright, you begin to speak but get cut off before you even begin.
"Whatta drag." Directing his next statement at you Koro speaks again. "The kitty wants me to introduce myself fully to you... I hope you dont mind." As soon as the man finished speaking, a silvery colored mist appears around the base of the man's boots.
A strong gust of wind and a small bright flash of light cause you to close your eyes for a moment, but when you open your eyes a different man stands a few feet away... exactly where the nice man Koro stood. Blinking you look questioningly at the man and then at... the winged cat thing? They had to be the same... right?
"Greetings Traveler of the Dimentional Door. I am Korotachi the keeper of the Gate to this realm, and this is Shigaru the Gaurdian of the Gate." Holding a leaf and wind crested staff before him, the Gate keeper alights on the floor along side the winged animal. Clothed in dark blue and green, Korotachi walks forward a step before raising his black and gold staff and points it to a door on the other side of the fading room.
Wide-eyed you only nod as you take in the impressive sight before you. What is happening...
"Let me guide you on your journey through this realm while you are waiting for the Dimentional door to return."
Moving his staff to the left, you suddenly find yourself at the new door and facing the bright light that shined from within it.
"Now step through traveler... You shall not regret it. The master of the realm is waiting eagerly for your arrivel." Suddenly the man and the beast appear behind you and nudge you through the door with the end of the staff. As you fall into the light you hear Koro's fading voice.
"Welcome!"
