I have been a Muslim since at birth... I am proud to be one.
But I have noticed how Muslims these days have "lost" their way through the darkness of this world... Sadly, I have been on that path for some years but I am not happy at all! That path brought me happiness for 1 week and sadness for years! Anyway, these days Muslims say they are "Muslim" but are they?
They drink, have sex and do all the BIG sins that God forbid.
How do you think we can make them come on the right track again?

I agree whit you. I know many "muslims" who don't know much about islam... They supose to read the koran, that would be a good idea. I think their parrents sould lern them something.

Assalamu'alaikum Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do about it now, brother. Indeed, Muslims are starting to lose their identity to a thing named "globalization". Despite of its good effects, evil hides beyond it. About changing muslim, let's go back to the Qur'an, which said: "...Verily never will Allah change the condition of a people until they change it themselves (with their own souls)...". - Ar-Rad[ The Thunder](13th Surah), Verse 11. It means, before making a major change, we have no choice but to change ourselves first.... Wassalam.

uchiha aoshi wat is islam ????????????? Assalamu'alaika. I suppose you are not a muslim, yes? The word Islam is derived from the Arabic verb Aslama, which means to accept, surrender or submit. Thus, Islam means acceptance of and submission to God, and believers must demonstrate this by worshiping him, following his commands, and avoiding polytheism. The word is given a number of meanings in the Qur'an. In some verses (ayat), the quality of Islam as an internal conviction is stressed: "Whomsoever God desires to guide, He expands his heart to Islam." Other verses connect islām and dīn (usually translated as "religion"): "Today, I have perfected your religion (dīn) for you; I have completed My blessing upon you; I have approved Islam for your religion."Still others describe Islam as an action of returning to God—more than just a verbal affirmation of faith. Islam (Arabic: الإسلام; al-'islām) is a monotheistic Abrahamic religion originating with the teachings of prophet Muhammad, a 7th century Arab religious and political figure. The word Islam means "submission", or the total surrender of oneself to God (Arabic: الله, Allāh). An adherent of Islam is known as a Muslim, meaning "one who submits (to God)". Islam's fundamental theological concept is tawhīd—the belief that there is only one God. The Arabic term for God is Allāh; most scholars believe it was derived from a contraction of the words al- (the) and ʾilāh (deity, masculine form), meaning "the God" (al-ilāh), but others trace its origin to the Aramaic Alāhā. The first of the Five Pillars of Islam, tawhīd is expressed in the shahadah (testification), which declares that there is no god but God, and that Muhammad is God's messenger. In traditional Islamic theology, God is beyond all comprehension; Muslims are not expected to visualize God but to worship and adore him as a protector. Although Muslims believe that Jesus was a prophet, we reject the Christian doctrine of the Trinity, comparing it to polytheism. In Islamic theology, Jesus was just a man and not the son of God. God is described in a chapter (sura) of the Qur'an as: "…God, the One and Only God, the Eternal, Absolute He begetteth not, nor is He begotten And there is none like unto Him." (Qur'an Surah Al-Ikhlas, verse 1~4) Wassalamu'alaika.

well i agree with Zaaki reading qora'an and following it beside Mohamed's sonna is the best way to keep on the track maybe there will be some rocks and hard time in the start of it but that is life about for the parents thing yeah it comes hard to see whose fault but we were born with brains so we are suppose to use them or by not doing that i think we are denying our humanity @Count of Mistekreuz i liked every word you said here i think i'm so much agree with you it comes from the inside so who ever do that should change his /her self first as Count of Mistekreuz said

It is true what you are saying, but the sins that you named, like having sex before marriage is pretty bad. But if you sin a little that doesn't nessicarily mean you are going to hell.
According to some people, i have a first class ticket to hell because i don't wear a hijab and that my mom lets me wear w/e i want to. There is nothing wrong with that .
Drinking is a different story. It is even worse when you are underaged. But yes, there are muslims that drink on occasion. This is bad, but there is a bar in my basement that my parents use for parties so they drink on occasion. But they are still good muslims.

I know someone who drinks alcohol, smoke, don't do nimaz, and much more haram. And i don't see the point of alcohol. You just get stupid rolleyes And about hijab, it would be great if you weared that. I got 3 sisters and 1 mother, but no one of them ears hijab. I see hijab as a rule, and not just for totaly relegirus girls.
