which berry heals most and is best also what lvl is best to use during elite 4

Sitrus Berry always heals your Pokémon for 1/4 of its max HP, and has no side effects. If you have any Leftovers, though, equip those, since they activate every turn and never get used up.
If you want an easy time beating the E4, go for level 55. If you just want to get through as soon as you can, you can try to go through with level 50 or even level 45. However, doing it with level 45 is very difficult and practically requires at least 30 Revives and a ton of other healing items.

sitrus berries r good, leftovers, max potions, full restores r good to but i didnt really use a lot of it cuz now that my pokemon r all lvl100 i can take them on easily

Did that without using an excess amount of healing items. xd Just a good amount of Revives, lemonades, hyper potions, and a well thought out team/balanced team and the Elite 4 is a piece of cake to beat.

I would also suggest having lv 55 pokemon in your party. If you wat to get through it fast, I would suggest lots of healing items, and a legendary (if you have any), That's how I beat em the first time. smile
|

Lots of revives and healing potions will be needed, you might want some of the potions that heal stat issues. I would also suggest same things some of the others were suggesting which is lv 55 pokemon and maybe alittle bit higher though, especially when you come face to face with the champion's pokemon.

If you know the game really well then it's not that hard. Admittedly you probably won't have EV trained pokes, or the likes it might be harder. Seriously though, for most of the battles, just get Garchomp, give him swords dance, and then kill everything. If you need to just use the x-speed thing for enemies that would outrun/kill you (if there are any other than maybe cynthia's garchomp(

Well it depends on your pokemons current levels and if u have 6 diff types... when i played it i had played every pokemon and knew like everyting because i beat it with a bunch of 43's... curently i haae 80's and is simple but it realy matters on your skill and your pokemon

I usually do the saddest thing in existance. Look up the levels online, then train to match my levels to Cynthia's Garchomp.
