Well this is my first time posting up a rp so...here goes nothing. ( suggestions greatly appreciated =D)

Time...it's never certain. It's constantly changing but for Clockwork a simple change in the timestream can mean disaster especially if it's one he never even for saw.

Story Line( takes place 22 years later after phantom planet
Derek Fenton never knew his father. His mom told him stories about him, fantastic tales about a man who had a heart of gold and a giving heart. Derek feels his mom is leaving something out, why isn't he allowed in the basement, and why does his mom break down in tears everytime he says something about ghosts? So what happens when the 12 year old stumbles upon a ghost portal and is given the shock of his life, literally? What happens when he discovers days later he has ghost powers? Will he use them for good or evil? What happens when Derek begins to notice changes going on within himsef that aren't right. Now Derek must piece together who is father really is and discover the truth that might ultmately break him. Along the way friendships will form, enemies will be made, a hero thought dead will return, and the ultimate enemy will return for revenge. Can he handle it?

Name: Derek Fenton aka Flare

Race: halfa
Appearance in human form: messy raven black hair that hangs in his face emerald green eyes that glow slightly and pale skin. He wears a pair of goggles around his neck, wears a gray and red jacket with fire on the sleeves and a black t shirt underneath. He has on baggy jeans and a pair of sneakers.
Aperance in ghost form: Golden amber eyes, silvery hair that hangs slightly in his face similar to danny's outsit except his sleeves are ripped and a golden fire design is seen on the right side of his outfit. He wear black baggy pants that have fire curl up from the bottom wears a spiked belt with a loose chain on it. He wear black sneakers with the same golden fire coming up from the soles of the feet( when angered his eyes turn crimson red he has fangs and his hair turns a darker shade of silver with a strip of black in it the outfit reamins the same except the fire turns to a dark green)
Powers: Ghostly fire instead of normal ecto blasts, intaingability, ghost sense (golden mist of blue)invisbility, flight, and able to make one duplicate, when angered his powers increase but causes him to become hostile even towards friends and the transformation gradully wears him down to the point of reverting back to human form. He can initally make fire surrond him and explode off like a bomb but will cause him serious injury or even death
Personality: He can sometimes appear cocky, which can cause him to make rash desicions without even thinking but has a heart of gold.He leads his own path causing him to be stubborn. He can sometimes have irregular mood swings meaning one minute he's happy the next he's furious. A relaible friend, Derek just needs to learn that he's not invincible just because he has ghost powers
