Alright, here's the deal. There are about 5 games here that were going to get started and never did. I'm starting a game as soon as I get two characters. Rules are as follows:
1: Any race allowed, but LA MUST be 0. DM must approve all races beforehand.
2: Game will start at 1st level. Starting Gold= Max for class.
3: I will allow the use of the "Ancestral Relic" feat to any characters, starting at level 1, but keep in mind that certain penalties will be added. (Example: You can have the feat, but recieve a -1 to all stats.)
4: I allow pretty much anything, as long as LA is kept. That includes Flaws, traits, and any material from any of the books. I assume that if you're using it, it's legal.
5: Any questions about feats/classes can & will be answered ASAP, but I'm quite liberal.
6: This should be a given, but as DM, my word is law. You get what you get, and I don't much care if it "goes against the rules".
7: I'm not really that hardcore, but I need to lay down the law.
Edit- 8: By the way, stat roll method is 5d6, reroll lowest, best 3.
That's it, guys. Remember, as soon as I have 2 people, we're off. I don't want to wait on 5 when 3 are ready for weeks on end. If only 1 person shows up, they're the only one that gets to play. Fair enough?
Thanks to all who sign up and show up.

I would like to play as a Lv.1 Half-Air Elemental Shifter Sorcerer. She is a nice person, and might sound uber-aswome but she is non-combat based. Just some spells and shapechanging into a kitty-cat.
Also....LA???

hehe. LA= Level Adjustment. Half Air elementals have a level adjustment of +3.
However!
I will allow you to play one if, and only if, you take the base stats of 3 11's and 3 10's. You may distribute them as you wish, but I won't let you go higher than that. Reason?
Roughly, that's a -2 to all stats relative to the "average" D&D character. I'd say that that makes up for a +3 Level Adjustment.
I'm also pretty sure that shifters don't have a level adjustment, so I'll check to make sure. If you take the stats I gave you, then you can be Half-Air elemental.
By the way, the 3 11's and 3 10's are not including the stat bonuses for being half-elemental. You add those in once you've assigned your stats.

Nomau I'll generate your Human Fighter...lol Joking, but Im sick of using Human characters myself cause they always end up being Psionic. Screw that. I want to whack someone with a length of metal. Why? Simple -- no matter how impressive a mind blast (or whatever Psions can do) or a well-placed Fireball can be, being hit with a sharp metal object hurts and is still a tried-and-true method of adventuring.... So, here I am: NolanMale Human Fighter 1 Neutral Good Representing "Mekrath" Strength -- 16 (+3) Dexterity --14 (+2) Constitution -- 16 (+3) Intelligence -- 13 (+1) Wisdom -- 12 (+1) Charisma -- 10 (+0) Size: Medium Height: 5' 9" Weight: 200 lb Skin: Tan Eyes: Black Hair: Dark Brown; Curly; Beardless Total Hit Points: 13 Speed: 30 feet Armor Class: 14 = 10 +2 [dexterity] + 2 [Leather Armor] Touch AC: 12 Flat-footed: 12 Initiative modifier: +6 = +2 [dexterity] +4 [improved initiative] Fortitude save: +5 = 2 [base] +3 [constitution] Reflex save: +2 = 0 [base] +2 [dexterity] Will save: +0 = 0 [base] Light load: 86 lb. or less Medium load: 87-173 lb. Heavy load: 174-260 lb. Lift over head: 260 lb. Lift off ground: 520 lb. Push or drag: 1300 lb. Languages: Common, Dwarven. Weapons: Sling [1d4, crit x2, range inc. 50 ft., 0 lb, bludgeoning], Rapier [1d6, crit 18-20/x2, 2 lb., one-handed, piercing]. Feats: Combat Expertise, Improved Initiative, Weapon Focus: Rapier Skills: Climb 4, Intimidate 4, Ride 4, Swim 4. Nolan's Equipment: 17 lb Weapons / Armor / Shield (from above) 5 lb Sling bullets (group of 10) x1 2 lb Backpack 5 lb Bedroll Flint and steel 2 lb Rations (1 day) x2 1 lb Sacks x1 -- 32 lb Total. GP: 0 SP: 2 CP: 9 More about Nolan: (I really am not good with back-stories, so I guess I'll suffice with something THIS loose...) Nolan was born in a typical out-lying village and lived there for his first ten years, experienced a failed (but still with it's losses, his mother among them) raid and since then learned to fight with a rapier after moving to a city. That's where he became an adventurer. ( neutral ...) Question: How much re-statting will I need?

No restatting needed. I have a fantastic way of bringing the gropu together in the beginning.
Also, I failed to mention how we were doing stat rolls. I'll put it up in the first post, but for those who've made/are making characters, use 5d6, reroll the lowest, and select the 3 you want (usually, the highest, lol).

I'll play. My only problem is that I left all my DnD stuff back in Indiana, and I'm in Wyoming for college. So, that means no books, no dice, nothing. This is gonna be fun figuring out my stats and stuff...
Also, I can't go buy any dice to just do my stats. Bank account = $4 crying
Any advice what to do?

Nomau *My psionics can usally teleport, read minds, telekinises or Shapechange* I totally appreiate you letting me be the character, I will happilly take those stats. One thing, level adjustment, what all does that effect? Level adjustment basically means this: Example: Catfolk, one of the Races of the Wild, gain a +4 to Dexterity, +2 to Charisma, +1 Natural Armor, and a natural speed of 40', in addition to other skill bonuses. All of this combined mean that the character gains a +1 Level Adjustment. What this means is that a Catfolk with 1 level in Ranger is, effectively, a Level 2 character. This means that, in order to maintain my Level Adjustment of 0, the Catfolk would have to adjust their stats/bonuses. Taking a -2 to Wisdom and Strength, for example, would probably balance things out. As for the Half-Elemental, you can see why I had to give you the stat cut. They have a Level Adjustment of +3. That is, at level 1, your Shifter sorcerer would count as being a Level 4 character, and trust me, you don't want me to throw level 4 monsters against you, hehe.

Level Adjustment...ok thanks. I'm working on my character now. One thing though, I have Flaws for her, I hope you allow them.
1- Non-Combat- -2 on all combat rolls
I made this one up myself.
3- Pyrophobia- makes a will save at -4 when a large fire is seen, if failed becomes scared.
Thats the flaws, I'll get the rest in when I can.
