Despite it's name, City of Duelists, this city is far from the chaotic, trouble-ridden city that has been used for many years to describe this place. Contrary to popular belief, this city is actually a "Common Ground"; a term in the Budokai used to describe an area where fighting is prohibited. Here, fighters from other worlds can meet and rest their battle-weary bodies, tired from hours and hours of non-stop fighting, buy equipment from various shops around the city, filled with rare and antique weapons and artifacts that is sure to make an antique collector's day, or just explore the vast city full of unforgettable sights and sounds. Come to the Duel City of Rasetsu and have the time of your life.

FAQ:

1. Where is Rasetsu?
> In the middle of various dimensions. You could say that it's a waypoint, bridging the gap between other dimensions and slowly paving the way to inter-dimensional peace and harmony.

2. I only have money from my dimension, how can I shop?
> Since Rasetsu is a waypoint, everyone here accepts all major currencies (i.e. US Dollars, Japanese Yen, Zenny, Credits, Mesetas, Munny, Red Orbs, GP...etc.).

3. Can I return to my own dimension from Rasetsu or vice versa?
> Absolutely, you can return anytime you want. Since the "Zero Incident", the dimensional rifts between Rasetsu and other dimensions have now opened. Just be sure to register at the R.I.T.A. Headquearters.

4. What is the Zero Incident?
> An event that will be forever remembered in the records of Rasetsu's history wherein a young man, known only by the name "Zero", unleashed an unknown power and broke the dimensional barriers which prevents persons from one dimension to travel to another dimension. Up to now, nobody still knows the exact reason as to why the young man did what he did on that fateful day, but one thing is for certain, since the dimensional barriers have been broken, Rasetsu started experiencing a large economic boom never before experienced in Rasetsu's long history.

5. What is R.I.T.A.?
> The Rina-chan Interdimensional Travel Agency (R.I.T.A.) is a recently established corporation, headed by Rina-chan and Rione Netto, and is the fastest growing conglomerate in Rasetsu, having a share in the profits of almost all of the business establishments found in the city. The R.I.T.A. handles all matters that are related to inter-dimensional travel.

6. How can The R.I.T.A. do all that?
> Through the use of Global Union of Inter-magical Law and Defense (G.U.I.L.D.) technology, the R.I.T.A. was able to produce a larger, safer, and more sophisticated version of the Lovely Angel Rina-chan Trans-dimensional Shift Inducer (L.A.R.T.S.I.), a rabbit-shaped robot that is able to induce a large, inter-dimensional wormhole, powerful enough to induce a dimensional jump within a large area.
