Jade was startled upon seeing a giant bug up on the wall but quickly recognized the insect as Jaus and Adam's spawn. Calmly she walked over and detached the thing from the wall.
"You shouldn't be doing that... the gods help mama and especially papa if DG finds you wandering about on your own..."

Gene made a soft sound as he was detatched from his space, looking back at Jade and pouting a bit. " Bu-but---!" He started, trying to think of a good argument for her to let him go with....None came to mind..

"Come on, let's go down to the kitchen I'm sure I can find you some... um..." What the hell did this thing eat? Normal food? Bugs? Meat? "Ah... something to snack on ok?" Jade smiled at the tyke and carried him down to the kitchen.

Gene blinked a bit at this, but smiled, enjoying the attention from the maid as he nodded his head. " Yay for snacks!" He cheered in a delighted voice.
