I haven't done much at the higher difficulties but at the first one (which I've run through quite some times now) I liked to stand at the small pier of the lake and shoot into the water.
You know you want to try it ^^
Leon goes like, O_O and then that other thing is like, Gurgle. Then it's a splash and bye-bye Leon! *giggle*

I never knew about the shooting off the dock thing, that rocked! xd
I mostly get killed with the button mashing sequence with the Army guy (whose name eludes me at the mo...) and occasionally while fighting 'It' in the suspended cages, because it gets in my way when the timer is ticking.

I've never made it through a whole game without getting bored and seeing how many ways Leon could die. Not once.
