Power Levels
Each member has a position number. This will no longer reflect your strength in comarison to the other members. Position 1 (the leader) is still the strongest, and position 2 (their partner) is still second in strength. Positions 3-10 however are as of now considered equal. This is just to even things out for members in ranks 8-10 as they had a big disadvantage before. This DOES NOT give everyone permission to godmod or make their RPC insanely strong just to win now. Be fair people, and if your fighting to kill do it without godmoding.
You may team up with your partner in order to kill a member. And do not use techniques that are too powerful to be humanly possible. Also, you DO NOT have an unlimitted supply of chakra. You WILL eventually run out if you constantly use strong techniques.
