IF YOU HAVEN'T SEEN THE SEASON TWO SEASON FINALE, STOP READING NOW! Now that they've gone... Who else was sitting, watching Shawn's MOM get off the couch in the flashback and thought, through the entire episode, "SHE'S COMING BACK!"? Coz that's what I was doing. I saw it coming from the flashback, and yet I still squealed in delight... Now I have to wait till SUMMER!? Lame.

I definitely felt like there was some foreshadowing at the beginning but I still admit to gasping when Shawn opened the door and said "Mom?". And then throwing a fit because I hate cliffhanger type endings. xD I cannot wait until summer. I wonder who they're going to cast?

I felt that coming for a lot of episodes, they were mentioning Shawn's mom a lot more than in the first season, plus they'd have to say something about her eventually. I wonder where the next season's going to pick up. It could pick up that exact moment it left off or it could pick up in Henry's house. I have a feeling that there will be a recap to remind us of Shawn seeing her before the theme comes on. I get really worried over cliffhangers, I know Psych is coming back but every time I see a cliffhanger I think back to 10 years old when Reboot ended with a big sucky cliffhanger.

I sort of sensed that since it was a season finale, they had to go out big. Makes me think of Scary Sherry. It wasn't that great of a finale, but I think that might of been because they weren't sure of renewal, and didn't want any loose ends? I'm not sure. I suspected that it had to deal with a lot of offscreen characters. That was (Still!) Lassiter's Ex, Shawn's Mom, and.. Gus' Grandma? I loved the Red Phantom. Since one of those was already.. Sort of there, the only thing had to be her!

I didn't see it coming at all. I just thought "oh that's nice they put his mom in the beginning flash back" lol
I didn't see the Chief staying either. I thought Carlton would somehow take over. sweatdrop

I have to admit, I WAS expecting at least a TON of talk about her in the episode after seeing the flashback, but I was still really shocked by the ending. lmfao.
And I knew the Chief would stay. She HAS to. lmfao. Shes just so cool. I loved that look she gave Shawn when she read the photo credit in the paper.

Speaking of the chief I was grinning at Shawn aking her about the fancy glass fishy that he liked in from Earth to Starbucks. I like that fish too ^_^

I didn't really think of it being his mom as a possibility until he was walking to the door.
I am not going to survive these next four months. Not gonna work. I barely survived the last four months, and that was with a midpoint holiday episode and no cliffhanger!! crying And don't think I can do this!!

FOUR months... OMG I thought it was less, but then again at least it's not every 8 months that would be unbearable. A freaking cliffhanger is just so wrong... but at least this cliffhanger will undoubtably be resolved cause they have a time set for the new season.

Yepyeppers, 5 months actually, since the show comes back in July.
And yeah, at least it's not like Burn Notice. The season ended back in September, with a cliffhanger, and new episodes in July. crying I can barely last four months with Psych, I could never last longer. Thank god the writers strike is over!!!
