Just some semi-spoilers for you peoples: *- Sydney will be having Vaughn's baby. (who could not have seen that coming). - There are three comfirned people to join APO this year (names will be added as soon as I get ahold of my TV guide again with the names). - Wiess will be killed off in season five of Alias. Greg Grunberg has decided to quit and work mostly on a new ABC show in which I believe he is a main character. The end to the character is said to be a blast. Will get back to you on that. * Edit: About TNT, they will start to show ALIAS on Sept. 26, 6/5c.

According to Deputy Director at Allalias.com and ABC, Alias is moving to Wednesday nights at 10/9 central time starting with Episodes 8 and 9.
Some possible information (listed as tentative):
- Alias has shifted their timeslot for episodes 508 & 509, and are now scheduled to air following "Lost" on Wednesday 12/7-12/14. It's still unclear what this means for the post hiatus schedule.
- 5x10 & 5x11 may air as a two-hour block for the post hiatus relaunch.

From Zap2it.com:
"Alias" has never enjoyed better ratings than it did last season, when it followed "Lost" in ABC's Wednesday lineup. The network will re-create that pairing for a couple of weeks next month. Unfortunately for "Alias," in at least one of those weeks "Lost" will be a repeat, meaning it won't get the benefit of a huge lead-in.
The temporary schedule switch will happen Dec. 7 and 14, with "Alias" taking the place of "Invasion," which was set for a run of repeats, at 10 p.m. ET both nights. "Lost" is scheduled to air a rerun on the 7th; ABC hasn't announced whether the Dec. 14 episode will be new or old.
Just what will replace "Alias" on Thursday, Dec. 8 hasn't been finalized. The following week, ABC will air the movie "The Santa Clause" at 8 p.m. ET. ABC's attempt to gain a stronger Thursday-night foothold by moving "Alias" there this fall hasn't yielded very strong results. After an okay start, the show has faded some in the Nielsens and is averaging only about 7 million viewers per week. It's also struggling in the key adults 18-49 demographic, sometimes finishing as low as fifth out of six networks in its time period.
Its lead-out, "Night Stalker," fared even worse and has been cancelled after six episodes.

From Zap2it.com:
"When listing the things they're thankful for on Thanksgiving, the cast and crew of "Alias" will probably skip "steady employment."
While it has been widely assumed that this season, the show's fifth, would be the ABC spy drama's last, the network made the official announcement on Wednesday that this May's finale will conclude the adventures of Sydney Bristow and friends.
"This news, and its timing, is a mixed-blessing," says Executive Producer Jeff Pinkner in a statement. "Though we're obviously very saddened to face the reality that 'Alias' is coming to an end, the lasting quality of every good story is determined by its conclusion -- this news gives us the freedom to end the series in the climactic way it deserves."
The original concept for "Alias" came to creator J.J. Abrams back when he was working on his college drama, "Felicity," for The WB. One year he brainstormed that wouldn't it "just rock" if the main character, a university student, was recruited by the CIA and then had to go off and save the world while keeping her college friends in the dark. Even though he continued to call the premise "ludicrous," Abrams did think it had the potential to be a comic book or cartoon come to life on its own.
ABC agreed and the story of grad student/international Sydney Bristow -- whose life became even more complicated when the agency she worked for killed her fiance and she learned her father was also a secret agent -- was born.
Abrams and his team managed to rest the clock on the show a number of times, fearlessly scrapping storylines and setting the charcters' world on ear at the drop of a dime ... or for a coveted post-Super Bowl spot.
This season, with star Jennifer Garner slightly restrained from many physical stunts due to her real-life pregnancy, the show attempted to reinvent itself once again with the addition of Rachel Nichols and Balthazar Getty to the cast. And the network promises that the announcement of its demise is really more of an effort to give "Alias" the send-off it has earned.
"Right out of the box, 'Alias' attracted a cult following of fans that were completely invested in the show," says ABC Entertainment President Stephen McPherson. "'Alias' is not going to wind down as it comes to an end, it's going to rev up, and we're going to make it the event it deserves to be."

Alias tied in 3rd place with Veronica Mars in Kristin's Save One Show Poll http://www.eonline.com/Gossip/Kristin/Archive2006/060105.htmlQuote: E Online's 2006 Save One Show Poll Results: 1. Arrested Development, 29% 2. Reunion, 20% 3. (tie) Alias and Veronica Mars, 13%4. Everwood, 11% 5. Charmed, 4% 6. Kitchen Confidential, 3% 7. The Comeback, 2.5% 8. Threshold, 1.5% 9. West Wing, 1% 10. 7th Heaven, What I Like About You, Fat Actress, Night Stalker and Will and Grace (which all received less than 1 percent). Quote: As you can see, we have a tie for third place this year: Alias and Veronica Mars. Sadly, by all accounts, it seems that Alias is truly riding off into the rerun sunset in May, even though we devoted fans are having a hard time letting go of one of the best series ever to grace the telly. It will be sorely missed. And just when they pulled me back in with an episode that reminded me why I fell in love with it in the first place. sad

4 episodes left...how depressing is that?
I swear, this season has been a bit of a bore, but since it came back on from it's hiatus...it's been wonderful!
