actualy you two are both right have you noticed in one of the comics it has tobi using the sharingan for his right eye and when he was crushed by the rock he still had time to be saved by the cannible member of the akaski he was there at the time

So, if he is alive, he would be a blind man with only half a body... eek *shudders* That is kinda creepy...
