A few friends and I enjoy playing a game we call "Versus."
Pretty much we put random characters together and debate on who would win in a fight. Sometimes we'll just say two names and go at it. Other times we get specific and say where they are fighting (arena match or random battle in the wilderness and the like).
Dishing out handicaps is always fun too.
So i figure we could play this game within the guild with Naruto characters of course.
What do you lot think?

Round one
Neji versus Rock Lee
Situation: Hm. Let us say this is during the chuunin examination. Rather then getting pitted against Gaara, Lee has to fight Neji.
Who would win and why?
I think it would be a pretty close match. I mean Lee's moves were designed to pray upon Neji's weaknesses. And since Neji can not effectively use his 64 strikes against Lee then that's one huge advantage that's gone.
Ultimately i think Lee could win. His pure speed and determination along with the element of surprise makes it possible. Neji would never expect Lee to be such a formidable opponent.
But really it could go either way.
What do you think?

If I recall correctly they've fought countless times in the past and Neji has won every single time. There's no reason why the Chunin Exams should be any different.

They did fight countless times before the exam, but Lee never used his special techniques o:

Yeah, but even then Neji would have to be stupid enough to let Lee power up and we all know that Neji is a genius sooooooooo~

I think it would be a pretty close match. In the end, it would probably depend on who has the most determination. It could go either way.

Round two
Neji versus Sasuke.
The winner of this really depends on what arc they fight in i think.
So let's just say they fight after Sasuke learns chidori for the first time and can only make like two or three of them before he kisses his chakra goodbye.
I won't even explain myself. Neji wins. Hands down.
He's a god it's that simple.
