The Gaioh Gazette is the Best (and only) Newspaper in the village.
We write stories about the events and updates in the guild, and then send them up to the main page for all to see. Infamy is only a short article away!
This thread is for the planning of articles and recruiting of new writers/editors for the paper.
Applicants must be active/dedicated enough to write at least one Article per monthly issue. Good writing skills an asset.
Post here and/or contact Masamune Syaoran via Pm for further details.
Got a lick of artistic talent? Send us your cartoons and they might make it into the paper along with your name!

As long as we don't need the articles to be too long, once a month shouldn't be a problem.
I'd suggest Ghostly Gentleman for a cartoonist, but I believe he may be getting involved in a comic project at the moment. I'd still ask him.

Aona As long as we don't need the articles to be too long, once a month shouldn't be a problem. I'd suggest Ghostly Gentleman for a cartoonist, but I believe he may be getting involved in a comic project at the moment. I'd still ask him.
Ghostly has informed me that he is not taking commisions due to his college schedule and his ongoing work on a Gaioh manga. I can see if he'd make an exception for this project but I suspect the answer is 'no.'

For now, I'd like to see Aona and Manndar work together on the Chuunin Exams, as this is one of the largest stories this month. (technically last month, but it ran through to this one.)
I'd like a summary of the Event (Big story, so no less than two paragraphs), and perhaps interviews with a couple of the participants. (Interviews to be In Character, if you can manage it)

hay masa id like to get in to this but i am not all that ecstatic about the writing and i have decent drawing ablity....with a rather dry sence of humor

Er... if you haven't checked the Captain's Quarters, I'll be slightly busy making my computer doable for a while, so I hope Manndar's up to doing most of the work.
Since he's talking to Rob, I'll try to interview someone who was promoted, like Ketsu or Pheso.
