  Keira sat in the middle of her flower field, humming to herself. Today was such a beautiful day! Or maybe not so....Seeing as the sky was overcast and drops of rain were beginning to fall. That didn't discourage Keira though! She was happily making a flower crown for herself, and she wasn't about ready to move. Things had been going quite smoothly lately. She finally got to meet up with Citrus again, but she still had the nagging feeling. What about Taro? She hadn't seen him in such a long time either. Maybe she'd have some luck finding him today. If she ever got up, that is.

His life had started to look up, first his father reunited with his grandmother, and now he had grown. He grinned, he knew if he waited happily he'd be blessed with a full mane, but what had shocked him, and his father and grandmother alike were the wings that had sprouted out of his markings, strange it had been.
Father told him it was because his mother had been an angel, a gift from heaven and that he was one as well.
He liked that, a gift from heaven.
Shaking his head, his mane ruffled slightly as he caught sight of a familiar lioness.
"Hey Keira.." He called out, his voice had deepened quiet a bit, proving that he'd completely grown up.

By the time Taro had made his appearance, Keira was already halfway done with her flower crown. It was so pretty! Maybe she'd give it to Taro as a present when she saw him. Of course, she was in for quite a surprise as a oddly familiar voice called out her named. Blinking, the pumpkin lioness rose her head to stare at the fully grown...
"TARO!"
Jumping to her paws Keira bounded over to him in three large pounces and tackled him to the ground. It was...unbelievable! He was all grown up now! Snuggling against him, Keira sniffled and ruffled up his mane.
"You're all grown! Ooooh! I'm so happy!"
She grinned at him, her paws kneading against the ground in uncontrollable excitement. There was so much she wanted to talk to him about! Like how she had her adorable little cuddle buddies, which weren't very little now but either way she would need to tell him. And about how she met up with Citrus again!
"How have you been? I've missed you sooo much!"

As she tackled him, he fell onto his back, wings popping out as he chuckled and looked down at her, resting his passive paws on her back.
"Im happy to see you too Keira.." He grinned. He'd missed her something awful, but had decided to let her live a more grown up life without him, but now he too was grown.
"Ive missed you too! My father found his mother, and were waiting for the arrival of my aunt she says.." He flicked his tail.
