Edit: Just thought I would point out that I was in part inspired by Diver.
Besides that, though, the NIU shootings were a bit too close to home for me not to do anything about it. I know for a fact that some of my friends who are seniors right now were considering going there, and I have a few friends who go to Urbana, so....yeah.
