The first stone looked like that of a small flame its surface smooth and warm.
The second stone looked like a soft fluffy cloud with stripes waving across it though it felt perfectly smooth as well- it was neutural to the touch.
The third stone looked like that of a tear drop, it was chill to the touch yet warmed up gradually with keeping it close. Also smooth.
The fourth stone was in the shape of a perfectly smooth circle. the stone had a soft green tinge.
each stone tended to glow their corresponding colours if the stones powers are being used. each one of the stones symbolize an element that holds to meanings one is evident the other is found by the person that carries it.
Each stone had a small chain attached to the top of it - as if they were to be worn as pendants. NOBODY knows what these are for... They were in by each person by a mere coincidence. in the simplest forms
the four bearers are from many different places with very different lives. each from around the ancient world. the four will find the stones by pure accident and not be able to loose them. the attraction between stone and holder will be absorbing like finding the second self. on the journey to the meeting or on the the mission each stone bearer will gain a companion or protector someone linked to them in a different way then the stone. this companion will be a friend a protector and/or a lover of sorts but they will never be able to decline an order when the stone is in use.
the story begins with the four living their lives normally on the day of finding the stone, and not till all four stones are found will the invitation be sent out.

story guide lines~no one in this thread has powers till the stone is in their hands, or until the compains are linked
~no one knows about the powers the stone gives until a tramatic experiance afterthe invitation is sent out
~the information will come in form of a letter though a spiritaul being well be there to tell the guidlines
~age is 17-20 for stone holders
~ no one below seventeen
~romance is allowed and widely expected
~no bumping we do have a thread for that
~no talking out of context with out (()) or something simmilar
~no killing each other off (may be exceptions later)
~put rp name as subject for profile
~no god modeing! one warning then banishment
~your char knows what your char has been told not what you know
~all profiles must be pm'd
~your allowed more then charry but dont go nuts keep track of them
~have fun

*Eclipse sat there under a tree, sword slung over his back, all armor on, usual for him. He was half asleep, still aware if anyone were to appear nearby. He was thinking about how long it had been since something exciting happened.*

Mina Wandered out of her small town making her way to the capital for the day, the soft white feathers that were attached to a silver chain on her leather mini skirt, fluttered in the gentle breeze telling her the direction it was heading. She was humming a tune when she passed close to a tree a man just covered in armor sat basking in the shade the tree provided. Mina smiled and gave him a practiced curtsie so as not to flash him the continued on her way to the city to make the money she needed to maintain her home.

*Eclipse suddenly jumped up, fully awake.* "Come on, Axel. Let's go home." *Axel, the black lab, jumped out of the bushes nearby, and landed next to Eclipse. Eclipse and Axel began running through the woods in the direction of their home.* "I have the oddest feeling something is about to happen... but what?" *Eclipse thought as he ran, Axel right at his side.*

-]Isidore stepped out of his small home and took a deep breath of the fresh morning air. He looked around and decided to take a hike up to the summit of the mountain. Stepping back inside his house Izzy grabbed his bag from by the door and tossed a couple of apples into it. He headed out of the town and set off with a smile on his face. His village was already halfway up the side of the mountain, so it wasn't a very long hike. The summit however, was one of Isidore's favorite places to go. Once at the top, however, he looked up at the sky and smiled.[-
-]Cyrenia set down her book beside herself in the grass. She was deep in the woods, leaning up against the trunk of an enormous, shady redwood. She had been studying some of the legends of the realm, searching for some deeper meaning. "I suppose I should get some rest," she said to herself, yawning slightly. With that, the still relatively young Elf closed her eyes and slipped into meditation.[-

*Eclipse was now jumping around from tree to tree, even faster than on the ground. He heard what sounded like someone talking, and he went to see what it was. There was a girl, obviously elven, just starting to rest under a tree.* "An elf... Not very common in this part of the woods. I wonder what she's doing out here..." *He thought, slowly approaching through the trees.*

-]Cyrenia was aware of an approaching presence. It wasn't so much as a hearing someone approaching as it was sensing a difference in the area around her. She hadn't really been out this far before, so even while resting Cyrenia was wary and kept her mind alert for anything. Her eyes opened and she looked in the direction that she had sensed the disturbance, trying to see what it was.[-

*Eclipse saw the elf turn her head towards him. He didn't know what to do, or if she even saw him. He hid further in the shadows of the tree he was in.*

-]Cyrenia saw something move slightly in the shadows, but could tell that it wasn't an animal. She sighed and said, "Whoever is hiding over there had better come on out..." People should know not to try to hide from an Elf's eyes.[-

*Eclipse was surprised. He had even dissapeared from the sight of elves before. How could this one have seen him? Nevertheless, he jumped out of the tree, landing about four feet in front of the elf, facing her, with Axel landing by his side shortly after.* "Hello. Sorry to disturb you."

-]Cyrenia smiled when she saw the man. "Hello," she replied, looking him over. He didn't seem all that dangerous to her, and he was being quite polite, so Cyrenia felt she should offer him the same courtesy. "It's alright, young one," she said, "I wasn't expecting to run into anyone. What brings you out here?"[-
-]Isidore was watching the clouds move when a shadow fell over him. This caught his attention and he looked to see what was causing the shadows. He saw that his hawk, Zeke, was circling overhead, sweeping lower and lower. It came and landed on Izzy's outstretched arm just as he sat up. The bird, unable to talk, pecked playfully at his owner's shirt. "It's good to see you again too," Isidore said, laughing.[-

"I should be asking the same." *He said, being very polite.* "Unless I have strayed quite a bit from my usual course, you have gone quite the distance from where I would usually find elves in this forest. However, that is likely no business of mine. I am out here for my usual reasons. I enjoy a little fun, and coming out to a place like this is just what I call fun."
