Friday: Cloudy, slight wind. Saturday: Warm and dry, clear skys. Sunday: Rain in morning, Average temperatures.

Area history:
Since the day the Neutral Alliance arrived they have lived in this great city, even with all the choas outside this city thrived. Protected by the mighty Neutral alliance and their ability to prevent magic from being used by outsiders, this city became great and powerful. Those that were tired of the fighting took refuse in this magnificent city and have never looked back.

Dash walked into the great nuetral city, he got many hateful looks from the enhabitants of the city. Pathetic, do I need to kill them again for them to see there is no hope for them. He recognised that all the people that hated him here were those he had already killed previously or those he'd marched into battle then watched die without any remorse. Dash moved up to the clan wall, it seemed Dante hadn't been here yett, there were no clan ads here. He'll be here, and just so that my ad isn't touched. Dash placed his clans ad on the clan wall, he encased it in liquid forms of many minerals of the earth making it very poisonous to every lifeform on the earth. I doubt we'll get any members this way, but I'd prefer having more skilled fighters to do my bidding. Dash then moved back towards the desolate city, it'd been a long time since he'd left them.

Dante entered the city, there were many civilians, but there were also many guards. He noticed that his abilities were drained away when he used them, so this meant he couldn't do much. The power of the Neutral alliance is amasing, to take peoples skills without any effort...Good job they're not bad guys. Dante walked past the event wall then the clan wall, he then stopped and turned around, the clan wall had an ad on it. Dash has been here. He quickly summoned up an ad of his own entirly made of fire, it really drained him to use his skills here. Placing the ad on the wall Dante continued to search the neutral city for his informant of the new clan. They'd risked alot by meeting them, he lowered the risk by asking them to meet here where no one has power but the neutrals.

Alex had followed dante, weather or not he knew he was there or not. He wanted to help in anyway he could. alex knew that their powers were taken because it was a Neutral City. The powers were taken due to keep peace.

Dante walked the streets for hours, his informant no where in sight. "Alex, return to the Volcano region, it seems my informant has run into some trouble." Dante then began to head towards the canyon, his informant had lived there and that would be where he would be.

Alex looked at him and then said "Alright, I will head on back to Volcano Ridge." Alex said to him as heturned around and then left the Neutral City and then began to head back.

Kaycee stared in wonder at the gaint city in front of her. She had just left her house behind to start searching for her father again. "Wow this place is huge!" she exclaimed with a smile. Kaycee walked into the city with that same smile. Practically skipping around Kaycee explored the city completely forgetting that she came to ask around for any information on her father.

Po walked in, wide-eyed at the sights around her. Completely oblivious to the goings on around her, she idled carelessly along, eyes fixated on the tall, futuristic building that dominated the sky. Naturally, it wasn't long before she tripped over an unseen object, falling onto the ground.
"Huh?" She murmured, blinking worriedly. Things this unfortunate didn't usually happen to her. Facing up, she saw a strange girl dancing around estatically, apparentely lost to the world.
Shaking her head, Po staggered to her feet, and walked over the the girl.
"...'scuse me? Do you know where this is?"
She spoke slowly and deliberately, as if to an idiot, with over the top hand guestures that made her look light a flightless chicken. After all, she thought, these people might speak an entirely different language!

After recieving no reponse whatsoever from the girl, and checking all the clan advertisements, Po gave up, sighing, and turned on her heel. There's no-one worth talking to here, she thought, leaving the neutral city behind her.

"Uh?" Kaycee stopped the music in her head and looked at the girl that was leaving. "Hey! Wait up!" Kaycee ran after the girl hoping to catch up.
