 7.28.07 - Setting, staffing and character use issues are addressed on page 54.Avatar of Retribution on 7.28.07 The setting of this roleplay shall be a modern English-speaking republic. I am abandoning the present tense mechanic. Treat this as you would a normal roleplay. Applications for positions are to be submitted as out-of-character chat (OOC). If a position will be occupied by a character of my choice until I receive an application for that position by another RR user.
1.7.06 - Solace dies. No one posts for over a year. The thread is retired.
12.9.04 - Solace is created. Can you believe that was almost three years ago? *Trivia is not updated daily! Correct answers will earn you gold, drinks or nights in the inn. For character purposes the trivia are posted on a chalkboard over the bar.7.27.07 True of False: In real life Lanzer is Asian.

The bar is open twenty-four hours a day but can be closed by notice of the owner.
The bar serves both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Waiters will serve food to patron's seated at the tables.

Alcoholic Drinks:
- Bloody Mary
- Long Island Iced Tea
- Bailey's Irish Cream
- Gin and Tonic
- Greek Ouzo
All alcoholic drinks are house specialties that can be modified to suit a patron's taste. Basic wine & beer products are also available.
Non-Alcoholic Drinks:
- Coffee. Latte, Espresso, Cappuccino, Mocha, etc.
- Tea. Chai, Green, Earl Grey, Oolong, Tazo [Brand], Raspberry, Cherry, Lemon Zinger
- Sweet Tea
- Coca-Cola Products
- Gatorade
- Bottled Water
- Perrier Sparkling Water
- Bubble Tea. Milk tea with tapioca pearls. Ask for a list of flavors.
- Lemonade
- Milk. Available in all varieties. Inquire at the bar to see the innkeeper.
The rate for rooms is subject to change. The current rate is $0.01 per night, or 50 gold.Rooms Available: 14

Solace is on a busy street in the heart of the city. Take care when leaving the bar, be careful crossing the street and avoid lingering outside after dark. Ask the bartender to call a cab if you are intoxicated - or rent a room.
Outside the bar there is parking for motorcycles and scooters. Car parking along the street is very limited. Use of public transportation is advised. There is a subway stop nearby and a bus stop down the street.
