Yep. Rules are simple, just look at the signature of the person above you and rate them out of 10, 1 being complete garbage and 10 being Omega-Alpha-Supreme.

Someone had the audacity to rate my amazing signature as a 5/10 in another guild, and had even more audacity to call it "kind of sucky!"
