This is important to know as an overall fact before reading. Each week you are awarded 2 power orbs. By visiting the dojo, you can use these orbs to..

I. Increase your characters' level.

II. Increase the power of a skill.

III. Create a new skill.

Throughout the week, additional power orbs may be awarded for various tasks such as completing a quest, protecting your town, and/or donating to the guild.

Skills

Almost all who have chosen a path of life involving conflict are equipped with a small orb, known as a Oryan. Through intense training, one can bring out their true powers within by using this orb. One may choose to train to launch a slash of energy from their sword, or one may; combined with intense studying of mana, choose to surround themselves with a pillar of fire. No skill however, can be acquired without its relevant training.

Creating and Improving Skills
When you create your character, they may have two skills that you have created for them. These skills may not be "God" like. For instance, you may not have the skill of invincibility, or the skill to be like Goku and blow up half of the planet with the snap of your fingers. Keep them realistic. Being able to cast a lightning bolt upon your enemy would be acceptable.

Once a week you may choose to visit the dojo, and power up a skill. Each skill can be powered up, up to 3 times. For example, the lightning bolt skill upgraded once may become a bigger, and stronger lightning bolt. This would continue until the final upgrade, which may be something like being able to cast multiple lightning bolts on many enemies that inflict mass amounts of damage.

Once a week you may also visit the dojo to create a new skill.

What the skills are and how they improve are up to you, however you may not use them until a moderator gives you the approval. This will be done by editing your post, and placing APPROVED at the bottom of it.

Level Up
Once a week you can visit the dojo to increase your level. There are no parameter increases, but it instead is a mark of how long youve been playing this RP. It also is a mark of the strength for NPC's. This will prevent any new player from dominating an experienced one. It will not be impossible for them to win, but the side will be one sided from the start.
For example, a player that is level 10, will almost surely win against a player that is level 2. Their character in the game is much more experienced, and therefore stronger.

=) This means no newbies coming in with some imaginable strength from an unknown background....and therefore think they can dominate all players.

Level increases will also occassionally be given for events, compensation for donations, or when I or a moderator may see fit to do so.
