It doesn't have to be like super old. I'm not talking ping pong with the pixel moving back and forth between lines.
My current favorite old video game: Tekken

Super Troll Island for the SNES. To my six year old self that game was amazing. Everything in the world was grey and you had to spread color around and banish the "evil mist" I recently obtained a copy of it on Ebay and it just sucks a** now. But, oh, the memories. xD <33

I know what you mean! I used to think the graphics for Spyro were amazing and the game was so in depth xD That wasn't even that long ago.

Donkey Kong~ I loved that game when I was younger. Couldn't play worth anything, but I loved it. I beat it a couple years ago, after completely ignoring it for a long freaking time. Actually, I beat all three of the SNES ones a couple years ago. It was fun~ They're still fun games. Nowhere near as hard as they were when I was like 6 or 7, but still fun.

I'm still partial to my Doom. That's probably what I played the most of as a kid - with a joystick, mind you. Keyboard controls = 3. I was never really much of a gamer though - I played the occasional Mario and what have you with a friend, but I didn't ever get into it too seriously.

And I don't think there was even a real Kong game for the GameCube. Just that weird drum one. There was one level that seriously drove me crazy... if only I could remember which. I think it was the cart levels. Those freaked me out so bad when I was little. Now I love them, but when I was little my heart raced whenever I played those levels.

I wouldn't say the N64 one was terrible. Just not as good. I never bothered to finish it. It'll be halfway done forever and ever. Exactly. Monkeys aren't supposed to ride around in carts. Then again, they aren't supposed to attack beavers or bees either. Or walking lizards. And didn't you love that none of the water things could be killed with just the monkeys? You had to have Enguarde the swordfish to kill the water monsters. I hated Enguarde.

I love Tetris. And the original Zelda. And, to go old school(er), I'm a huge fan of the Atari game Burger Time.

I'm trying to remember, I need to drag my SNES back out. xD

I don't remember what game(s) he was in. I just know that I hated him. Effing swordfish. I'm pretty sure he was in the first game, though. The elephant in the third game was my favorite. So cute, how she ran away from the rats. n.n

The rhino was pretty cool, too, but I've never liked the big, bulky ones. Oh, and the frog! Crazy hard to get it to jump just right, but fun to use. n.n My uncle's the one with the SNES, so I can't play right now. Or for another month, at the least. But now I wanna~
