Golden Compass in China

A Chinese site has announced that The Golden Compass is to be one of the twenty foreign films annually approved for screening in China and is set for release on March 28. Although it is currently unclear whether the film will be subject to censorship, its release on the big screen is bound to bring a huge boost to China’s His Dark Materials fans.
