I haven't bought anything from Japan, but I got a Haruhi cosplay that I believe came from Hong Kong.
Everything else is just English manga I got at Borders, and some DVDs
Ouran High School Host Club manga 1-10
Yu-Gi-Oh manga 1
Yu-Gi-Oh Duelist manga 1 and 20
Loveless manga 1-3, 5 and 6.
Death Note manga 2
Special edition Haruhi DVDs 1-3 (which of course came with extras)

Those weren't Manga, those were DVD collections. They cost a lot more.

I've got tons of anime archived on my computer as well as several boxed complete sets. In terms of manga the only ones I own are xxxHoLiC which are up-to-date.
In terms of Actual merchandise, I have several replica katanas from Rurouni Kenshin & Several replica kunai from Naruto.
