I really wouldn't buy from Ling Lam on eBay, all of her things fall apart. I got shoes and socks (even the socks fell apart) and my friend got a dress from her, (Yep. Fell apart.) and I would not recommend it.
Wow, I wasn't aware of that.. I read about a couple instances of bows falling off due to the fact that they had been glued instead of sewn on, but the fact that yours fell apart is really disappointing. Even the socks...! Thank you for your advice. ^-^ I think Rose Chocolat might be better, but I have also been hearing complaints about them as of late... They recently began putting wedge soles on plus sized shoes, and a lot of people were unhappy with them. I haven't heard anything bad about the overall quality and durability, though. Personally, I've never bought shoes made especially for Lolita because I usually dress in Classic, and some simple Mary Janes suit best. But I wish there was an easily accessible Lolita shoe manufacturer. There are a lot of good reviews for Secret Shop. However, buying those shoes seems like a decent ordeal. There was a big group order for them done by a reseller last year that apparently went awry.
