Welcome to Gaia! ::

Much like the school, this area has a large swimming pool-sized fountain; one littered with pennies and other change all along the bottom. Many aspiring musicians come here to play for a little extra cash. This is surrounded by all the shops and such.

Jacob watched Harri, hoping she was wishing for something good. He took out his guitar and left the case out for tips. He needed the money seeing as he didn't have a job. He ran his fingers over his guitar, producing a little tune. It made the water sparkle and the wind calm. It was soft and slow, bittersweet. He was dressed in jeans that had holes at the knees and a band shirt under a leather jacket. He sat cross legged on the fountain.

Jacob glared at the boy and grinned, baring his two razor sharp canines. He wrapped his arm around Lily, challanging him. His eyes were dark, all these people. All these smells, heartbeats, noises...His eyes were gaining a red hue. He walked swiftly through the crowd, holding Lily tight, still grinning and his canines were still visable.

Jacob had to stop himself from strangling the boy right them and there. His fingers itched. He held Liy's guitar carefully, still glaring at the boy. He was not happy at all. He looked at the guitar, he was happy for it's feel against his fingers. He itched to cause pain to this boy but held himself backa and decided to rip this kid to pieces with music. "Fine." He said sharply. His fingers ran over the strings in savage beauty. A fast beat, strong, and deadly sound. He couldn't open his mouth because he was busy controlling himself, he was afraid if he opened his mouth he would actually rip the kid to pieces.

Lily smiled lightly at him, and then waited until the song was over. She didn't notice the boy raise an eyebrow, obvisously not caring much for Jacobs music, and partly because of the lack of singing. Lily herself understood why he wasn't sining, but still wished he'd sung. When he finished, she gently took back her guiar, then used and starp to lay it over her shoulder. She felt some inner peace fall over her, and she began the first few notes of her song.

Lily watched him walk away, and her eyes saddened. He wouldn't hear her ovre there. SHe stopped playing. If he didn't want to hear it, then she couldn't play. Then her eyes fell on Tess. She felt a protective surge, but it was then seh noticed soemthing. People had gathered and surrounde dher, wondering about the music. SHe was in the middle of a crowd. HEr throat squeezed up, and the boy was shoved out of hte way as people pressed closer to hear if she had just played softer, not stopped. SThe boy glanced over at JAcob, thne looked at Lily, seeing thecomplete fear in her eyes. Her hand reached up and cupped her throat. The boy went and strode towards Jacob. "Dude, I know you don't like me, but your girl is surrounded, and it looks like she's scared out of her mind. Ya might want to go help her. "

Jacob froze, he had got so wrapped up in his anger he had forgotten that Lily was afraid of crowds. "s**t!" He said and plowed through the throng of bodies. He came to the center, where Lily was. He wrapped her in a protective hug. "Are you okay?'
