I think, of all the authors I have read, Anne Rice is definitely in my top 10 list. Near the top. I love her! ever since my mom tossed Interview with the Vampire to me at a yardsale, I have loved the series. When I read The Vampire Lestat, I was hooked. I recently just bought The Vampire Armand at a flea market, shiny and new (go figure). This was only the third book I have read from Anne Rice, due to my lack of book funds and transportation. My local library is t i n y and has none of the books in order.
Anyone else share my fascination with Lestat and his counterparts?

Anne rice is a wonderfull writer, you should really try to get all the books smile
unfortunately she has stopped writing 'the vampire chronicles' so when you've read all there are now you're done.. such a pity
