....Since I know we've all had luffly little dreams about ShikaNeji.
Post 'em here!
I'll start off with one I remember:
Shikamaru and Neji return from a mission, but Neji sprains his leg quite badly during the mission. Becuase Neji can't walk, Shikamaru offers to carry him on his back (quite grudgingly, since they are still "friends" at this point). Neji, seeing no other choice, agrees. After the two finally stop bickering and Neji ends up swallowing his pride, the two find some comfort in this position. Neji, lulled by the gentle motion of footsteps and Shikamaru's breathing, clasps his arms around Shikamaru's torso to gain some more stability, and falls asleep on Shikamaru's shoulder. At this, Shikamaru smirks slightly, and he continues his walk home.

Most of my luff filled dreams have been NejiLee. ><
Uhm, I'm sure I had one or two ShikaNeji dreams, so I'll post them when I remember.....

Aww, that sounds like such a cute dream! It would make a really cute, snuggly story- you should turn it into a story.
Unfortuneately, I haven't had any ShikaNeji dreams. I lurve Neji, and Shika rocks, but my main obsession of the moment is Hitsugaya Toshiro from Bleach, and I've had 2 dreams involving him and Ichigo, and one of them was an m-preg. My mind can be a scary, scary place sometimes...

Oh, oh, I've had one!
It was a while ago...and so random...but I'll see what I remember..
Okay so...Shikamaru, a reluctant prince who on many an occassion has shirked his duties in favour of sneaking away to nap in a field far away from his home in the castle, has suddenly stopped running away. Surprised by this, his advisor, Kiba [wtf?] questions him, and Shikamaru immediately points out the newest royal knight. "How do I impress this knight that I am so enamoured with, that he may become interested in me?" He asks, and Kiba replies: "You must be chivalrous, my prince; for chicks dig that crap." [...]
Young Prince Shikamaru tries, but continually gets brushed off by Neji, the cold-hearted knight. Then, as they're travelling one day they are attacked, and while Neji steps forward to protect the Prince, Shikamaru does the same for Neji and takes a hit meant for the knight. Neji reacts, goes after the attackers with more fervor, and goes to tend to Shikamaru once they're all eradicated.
Then...there's some loveymushy stuff that I don't really remember and the rest I don't entirely understand. I dunno...what the hell that all was, anyway xD;
But it was messed up.

Hm, a bit of AU. Nice, Takeshi.
(That comment you made about your summary style made me giggle.)
Oh, and I keep having dreams of Neji and Shikamaru stargazing. Since I believe that Shika will stare at ANYTHING up in the sky, and stars sort of serve a purpose of fortune-telling/astrology (which would appeal to Neji, since he's always been interested[if not obsessed] with fate.)
The details keep getting muddled up, but those dreams do end up pretty cute.
Oh, and I always get the infamous X-rated dreams time-to-time.

If that really happened though, there'd be NO MOAR KITTENS left in teh world. Seriously.
I had one of those dreams last night actually. However, it wasn't a Naruto-based dream very sad and actually kind of makes me wish I could forget it no matter how good it sounded.
*sigh*
If only I had more Naruto dreams! I must watch Naruto all day sometime, then sleep and see if it works!

I have fluffy dreams all the time. Mostly oneshots. But, I keep incorpoarting elements I liked from other fanfics (sensual massages,arranged marraiges [though Shika and Neji actually look forward to this weird twist of fate]).
The only original thought I could come up with worth noting is Shikamaru giving Neji hairties whenever his break. Plus, I also thought of Neji getting a green bandana with the Nara clan symbol from Shika. (I know it wouldn't match his clothes, but it'd be so pretty.)
exclaim By the way, I'm claming the rights to those ideas. No one is to write about them,since I someday plan on getting my lazy a** to do it.
Also, since Neji and Shika are also seen playing Shougi in fanfics, how about something where they meditate (Neji's hobby!) together near a rushing waterfall? (Of course their shirts are off- they don't want to get them wet, after all.)
Anyone can feel free to write this one. Though this certain someone should work on ADD/Titanic fluff before another certain someone explodes from anticipation.
-Sigh- I wish I could write fanfics though. I have quite a competition. sweatdrop

Sounds awesome Sanee. I have the same problem. A million plot-bunnies, yet not the motivation to write any of them (unless they're REALLY good) but even then, I just jot the basic idea down for use in a BIG Neji story I plan on writing some day. From the time he was born to~......nao. o.0;; I haven't decided if any pairings are gonna happen, since I want it to remain as true to Neji as possible without any personal bias, so he may very well end up married to Hinata.
*shrug*
But that a LONG time from now.
I need to write my NejiLee fic first. <3
^And I'm only gonna write that 'cause I actually have a good plot for it. And good plot used for NejiShika has already been used. >< So unless I think up a unique, original plot, I probably won't write anything aside from one-shots.
I have all these plans again, yet it'll take me forever to actually so anything.

On another note, I'm eagerly anticipating the next ADD chapter <3
And you know how close I was to selecting 'A White Christmas' in the poll? XD

Heh, you're just like me in the fact that we will probably never write about our plot bunnies. sweatdrop
