I dunno I don't think it's really that big a deal. First of all, just because you like her doesn't mean you go and have sex with her. You guys start dating, dating is not a crime.

dating a senior while you're a freshman is not a crime. in many places, it's considered the highest rank a freshman can attain (as boyfriend/girlfriend to a senior). frankly, i don't have a problem with inter-grade relations, as long as they're not too systematic or...creepy. for example, a friend of mine (a guy) dated a senior (a girl). he was fourteen, she was eighteen. during the school year, he turned fifteen and she turned nineteen. then came summer. they broke up and...he started dating a 13-year-old. yeah, she's not even a freshman. anyway, that relationship is short lived (he met her at dance camp) and he moves on to someone more his style. yup, you guessed it: he now dates another senior, 18 turning 19. my friends and i have a bet going on whether he's going to date another 13-year-old this summer.
i guess what i'm trying to say is: don't be a creep, but date the girl!

Go for it! You only live once. My girlfriend was 15 when I was 18 also. We're engaged now. EDIT: Depending on where you live, certain places you touch and things you do could be illegal. Make sure you check what's illegal first and make sure you don't do them in public.

Okay, when I was in high school, my boyfriend was a senior and I was a freshman, and what Heph was saying is exactly true. It does give you a sort of status... I went to his senior prom (only prom I ever went to). He was a good guy.
