Angaa curled up under a small palm, since she felt incredibly lazy for some reason. Her days had been peaceful and quiet, and her attitude matched that feeling nicely. It had been awhile since she had been in contact with her family, and she knew she was in fault for that. It wasn't that she worried about them, she just knew everyone was busy with their own lives! She herself wasn't very busy, but that didn't bother her at all.

After taking another moment of laziness in, the female lifted herself from the ground, and shook the sand out of her fur. Since growing up in the land, she realized how much she adored the sand. It was like a blanket when she was cold, and it kept her cool on the hottest of days when under the shade. She couldn't imagine living anywhere else, and she was SO glad her mother brother her and her brother here.

Kwaruza had been looking for her daughter. Her belly was swollen now with the cubs growing inside it and she wanted to tell her daughter before someone else for to her. She didn't want anyone else to tell her family that she was having more cubs before she got the chance to.

So it was the white lionesses delight to come across her daughter looking stunning and beautiful.

"Angaa! You are looking stunning!" She smiled, so proud of her daughter.

"I have something to tell you sweetheart!"

Angaa turned her face only to see her mother approaching her! How lucky was that! "Hello mom!' she then said with a smile. The now-older daughter ran up to her mother, showing the same innocence she always had when her mother was around. Angaa knew that it was her job to act more mature now since she was bigger, but she couldn't hide being excited when the opportunity arrived to act youthful!

"And you look just as stunning yourself." she then replied, while eying her mother's belly with complete suspicion. She didn't want to say anything, but her mother looked.. bigger.

"What is new with you?" she then said, while raising her eyes off of her stomach and moving her thoughts into something more relaxed and calm. Hopefully her mother was alright, but at the moment, Angaa was definitely confused!

Kwaruza smiled at her daughter, "Thank you!" Her daughter looked better but she wasn't going to start the argument.

"I am fine, honestly. I just have sonmething to tell you, I am pregnant... your father... I don't know how but I met him again, it was a shock and he was busy again so didn't stay long. He sends his love to you and your brother... and he left us a gift." She smiled looking at her belly.

She hoped it wouldn't weird her daughter out or upset her that she still hadn't been able to meet her father, but one day... one day she would make sure her children met their father.

"Father?!" Angaa was definitely shocked, since her mother did not speak of him much in the past.. so why would he appear again now? "I sounds like the meeting was a good one, and that is great congratulations!" Angaa would be supportive no matter what, and it was a nice thought to know that more children were on there way. But at the same time she felt sort of sad, sad since she had missed seeing him finally..

"It will be so fun when the family gets bigger." she then added, while cuddling up to her mother lightly. "But.. I really wanted to meet father finally, so I can't deny that I am a bit sad.." she figured it was best to be honest with her mother, since hiding her feelings would get her nowhere. "How come he left again? Especially to leave you with kids.." Hmm, that was no good. Her mother may have raised she and her brother alone the first time, but Angaa would be there for her mother, and help her raise the kids when possible!

"Thank goodness I will be around this time!"

Kwaruza smiled at her daughter, she was so glad that at least they could be honest with each other.

"He will come back one day, I promise. He is part of a pride, that would forbid him from having us. I met him and I couldn't help but love him, however if his pride found out... I don't want to think of what might happen. He will get away one day, he promised me." She paused and smiled a little more.

"He came to see you and your brother, though his time was short and we couldn't find you, I spent a little time with him and he had to leave. It wasn't ideal but at least he will have a wonderful family to come to when he gets the chance." She smiled and nuzzled her daughters side.

"Thank you, we shall be a happy family I am sure."

Angaa had no idea that things were that complicated with her father, and she lowered her ears while feeling bad. "I feel selfish, I never realized father was stuck in a situation like that. I will pray for him and just await when he returns!" A smile returned to her face, and she felt pride in knowing that her father was truly amazing! It was nice to see her mother so honest about it as well, and Angaa truly felt like a grown up at this point in her life.

"Yes, we are an ideal family. Now we must focus on you though, and the children that are to come!" It looked like her mother still had lots of strength despite the pregnancy that would soon come. "Do you need anything right now? I will stay by yourself until after the the pregnancy. I'd rather be here to help you along the way!" Angaa knew nothing about pregnancy, but she knew it took a lot of energy and work. Plus, her mother would need someone to watch the kids while she rested!

"You know me, I worry so much!" Her mother's health was most important, and Angaa looked at her with loving eyes.

Kwaruza smiled, "It is fine Angaa don't beat yourself up about it, after all how would you have known? I have never spoken about him to you! She smiled happily and let out a small purr like rumble as she nuzzled her daughter gently.

"You are a sweet thing. I was very lucky to have you." She smiled happily at her beautiful daughter.

"If you wish to help you can! You might learn something useful for a future time." She chuckled. She wasn't implying that she wished for her daughter to have cubs yet. She wished for the best for her children and hoped that they would all find wonderful mates and live wonderful lives!

Angaa was in return, lucky to have her mother! She would follow her mother in whatever she did, and she would support her no matter what! "I don't know what I would do without you, mom!" The words made her realize that spending some time with her again would be really nice, and she regretted not doing it sooner.

"I am always ready to learn! And your right.. I am getting older now.." Children weren't really in Angaa's mind, since she still was new to the idea love. She didn't have anyone who was close, anyways! So how could she know what the feeling was that her mother was talking about? Maybe it would come with time.. "I am here and ready for anything!" she then added, with an amused grin.

Kwaruza smiled.

"Now Angaa I have a question I need to ask you. I am worried about birthing these cubs in these lands. I keep hearing about how dangerous the vultures are and I don't want to risk them getting my children. I have thought about it and spoke to your father. He will find us where ever we go, so I was thinking maybe we can find a safer home to bring the cubs into. That way you and Mruka would get to see more of the world as well." She paused and took a breath.

"I would need both of you to help me though. I don't know how long we would travel for and I won't be able to hunt at some point. This is why I am asking, we can't go unless you both can help." She smiled at her daughter, not wanting to pressurise her but at the same time, Kwaruza didn't want to bring cubs into these lands.

Her mother's request was surprising, and Angaa was deep and thought for a moment until her mother finished speaking. She left a moment of silence in between them, before nodding in response. "I think that is a great idea! It was an adventure coming to this land, and going somewhere else will be another adventure as well!" She was positive about the idea, since she knew it would make her mother happy, and it also sounded appealing!

"I don't have a problem traveling all the way to this land with you. My hunting has improved, so hopefully I can be of some use." Practice did indeed make perfect, and she was slowly getting better at the task. "So when do you think we should leave? I am ready at any point." With a grin, she took a glance at the sands for another moment, before nodding once again expectantly.

"Even though I love the sand, I also love traveling. Plus, sand tends to travel too, so I doubt it will be the last time I see it for myself!" She felt cheery at that thought, and she was happy at least for that.

Kwaruza smiled.

"Thank you. If you don't mind I would like it if we could leave now, find Mruka and go. I don't know when these cubs are going to come and it would be best if we had found a new home before they arrive." She smiled softly at her daughter. It was the only thing that she could think of and would clearly be the best course of action.

They just had to fine Mruka now.

Angaa nodded in agreement with her mother's words, and she looked around before shaking her head. "I have no idea where Mruka is.. but hopefully we can find him soon and go!" She moved a few paces in front of her mother, and she peered out into the landscape to see if she could find a familiar figure.

"So you are sure you will be alright for the trip?" she then asked, feeling a bit worried about that. "We can stop and rest when needed, since we don't want you to overdo yourself!" If her mother wasn't feeling well, then there was no reason to rush. Hopefully wherever they were going wasn't too far or anything, and Angaa had no hint or clue about where they were traveling too. She wanted to feel excited, and she knew once they left she would feel better.

Kwaruza smiled at her daughter and nodded,

"I shall be fine, I have you and Mruka after all! What else could I need?" She chuckled and looked around to see if she could see her son anywhere.

"Right, lets go find your brother and then we can be on our way." She smiled and started to walk in a random direction, one that she hoped Mruka might be in. She had a rough idea where her son liked to hang out anyway.

"Sounds good to me" Angaa then said, while following her mother at a close distance. It felt sort of strange to have to watch over her mother, and Angaa wondered if this was a task of maturity or something. She was at least relieved that her mother knew where she was going, since she could never guess where her brother was.

There was no one for the lioness to say goodbye to, and Angaa wondered if that was strange. She had met others casually, but she hadn't developed any very close bonds that would permit her from leaving the sand lands. "Is there anyone else you need to see before we go?" she then asked, while wondering if her mother took care of that already. Or maybe, it wasn't a necessity really.
