I have a couple of stories of ghostly happenings. I thought I'd post this one as It's actually saved on my 'puter. I'll probably post up more.

I went to the Edinburgh Vaults last year [2005]. Things started happening when our little tour group went into the second most active room in the vaults - the Cobbler's room. The guide had mentioned something about there not being any draughts because we were underground or something. I was very worried, considering I had been feeling a draught for a few minutes, and my left hand was very cold. Two other people in the group reported that this room was warmer. I heard footsteps coming from the corridoor, which were supposed to belong to the watcher, Mr. Boots. Every time I turned around to look when I heard these footsteps, the man standing next to me did too, so I guess I wasn't hearing things.
When the guide was talking to us, we all heard something which sounded like someone running across the ceiling. Even he couldn't work out what would have caused that. He said that there was nothing above or to the side of us.
We went into the most active room in the vaults, Mr. Boots' room. I kept getting the feeling that I was being watched from behind, and I felt something touch the back of my head. When we left the vaults, I had a red mark on the back of my left hand and my watch had lost 10 minutes. I wear my watch on my left wrist, the hand which had felt very cold.
Spooky, no?
