First of all I am 15 year old. I am 5'2. I think of myself as really fat. I have no self confidence at all. I excercise a lot and it is a big part of my life. I weigh 95 pounds. I don't think I am anorexic yet but I really dont think anyone can help me. I want to ask for help but I have such a fear of gaining weight I have no idea what to do. Please...advice would be nice.

okay well first off, i dont think you have anorexia nervosa yet, but based on what you said, you are at risk of getting it. i would suggest that you talk with one of your parents, or older siblings (or other older person you trust), and tell them about your problem with how you see your body. also i would suggest following a national food guide, because these tend to be accurate, and will be quite helpful. also exercise is good, but dont exercise like 10 hours a day, betwen half an hour and 2 hours should be plenty. i hope my advice helped, and if you need anymore pm me.

please please talk to someone about this before it gets worse. it can consume you so quickly and it could take years to straighten out - if it ever does. i have suffered from anorexia since I was seven years old and this winter i was recently hospitalized.
Please tell someone how you are feeling - that's one of the most important things you should do. A parent, or counselor. You realize that you are at risk and that is a HUGE start. Someone CAN help you - but only if you are willing to ACCEPT that help. And I really really hope you do.
Please feel free to pm me; as well - if you have any questions for help; or anything. I mean it.
