My favorite anime was onegai teacher not because of the sexual moments.. but the parts where there were sadness or happiness actually made me feel happy or sad. Like as if i was a part of it...or maybe i was too close to the screen..either way.

That is a really hard question. I like a lot of animes, however if I had to choose just one it would probably be Dot Hack Sign. I love Mimiru, not only does she kick butt with a sword but I like her personality.
