Recent Events:
10/26/05: Nevaeh and Javareth await with their Weyrling friends out in the bowl for commands to bring firestone sacks to thread fighting dragons out on a 'night' thread fall.
8/26/o5: Nevaeh and Javareth got their very own weyr but Nevaeh feels a bit lonely late at night when everyone's asleep.

Profile: Nevaeh
Descrip: Sitting on a small table beside the only bed in the weyr is a long scroll almost like a journal and within it's contents is much information about Nevaeh herself, Her flits and her beloved blue Javareth. This is just the bits and pieces she has placed about herself with in the scroll.
Appearance: Nevaeh is 17 turns old, stands at a height of 5'6", with a weight of about 123 pounds, her hair is as dark as night going down to be about mid-back length, with dark tan skin from the sun of Southern Boll Hold, and her eyes are a beautiful crystal blue. Normally, at Southern Boll Hold, she wears a two-piece bikini with her hair lying loosely around her shoulders. At Fort Weyr she is made to wear a long sleeve dress that goes to the floor designed of the latest fashions.
Background: Nevaeh has lived all of her life in the Southern Boll Hold with her father, the Masterfisherman, her mother and her two older brothers. Nevaeh was the youngest of three until about two months before she left for Fort Weyr when her mother announced she was pregnant, with a girl, again. Now Nevaeh herself had never really had to do much manual labor with her two brothers around but she did have a fondness for runner beasts and if she was not helping her mother or swimming in the ocean she was up in the stable helping the herders with the runner beasts.
Before she had been searched Nevaeh never had an interesting life. The only other place she had been was to the fishercrafthall with her father who didn't even want her there. In Southern Boll she had known everyone and every passage ever made in the hold. Being taken to Fort Weyr changed everything but she soon found friends in two of the other candidates that were to be at the hatching Faerra and Naeryn.
Nevaeh was only in Fort for a couple of weeks before fate came and she impressed a large blue now known as Javareth. Along with her two flits and newly acquired bronze, born just a few days after Javareth's hatching, Nevaeh and Javareth are making their stand in the weyr. They're dreams are large ones and they have finally come into the Fort Weyr family to become part of it's history.

Dragon Profile: Javareth
Descrip: Sitting on a small table beside the only bed in the weyr is a long scroll almost like a journal and within it's contents is much information about Nevaeh herself, Her flits and her beloved blue Javareth. This is just the bits and pieces she has placed about Javareth within the scroll.
Appearance: His hide is a sky blue almost blending with the sky above along his hide a shimmering greenish tint can be seen when the light is shone on it. He is large for a blue almost the size of a small brown hatchling.
Personality: Javareth is what some would call an outgoing and observative dragon. His playful nature would be normal for a dragon and sometimes embarrassing for his rider. Javareth cares much for every living creature human, dragon or flit. He makes friends very easily, his happy attitude bringing smiles to everyone who watches him or interacts with him. When you become a friend of Javareth?s you?re a friend for life even if he can?t remember you most of the time, like a dragon his memory span is short, he seems to sense that he?s your friend. Also like some blues he is a good choice of character this sense seems to help him at times when helping to find good candidates for hatchings.

Flit Profile: Teal
Dscrip: Sitting on a small table beside the only bed in the weyr is a long scroll almost like a journal and within it's contents is much information about Nevaeh herself, Her flits and her beloved blue Javareth. This is just the bits and pieces she has placed about her blue flit Teal within the scroll.
Appearance:
Teal is a deep ocean blue with light blue streaks all about his body giving him the appearance that he is swimming under water in the ocean. He is medium size for a blue flit with only a smell leather strap around his left ankle to identify him.
Personality:
He is a loving flit with a tiny heart filled with pride. He is the only one of Nevaeh's flits that is totally true to her. He is unlike any of the other blue flits on Pern. He is more loyal than a gold flit ever could be which makes him pretty unusual. He is not very high strung. With a cool head in extreme situations Teal can be a pretty surprising little flit.

Flit Profile: Genji
Descrip: Sitting on a small table beside the only bed in the weyr is a long scroll almost like a journal and within it's contents is much information about Nevaeh herself, Her flits and her beloved blue Javareth. This is just the bits and pieces she has placed about her gold flit Genji with in the scroll.
Appearance: She is a beautiful golden color that seems to glow even in the dark. She is a bit small for a gold with her wings actually four times her own bodies’ length. Painted around her right eye is a pure black rose that almost takes up the whole right side of her face. Shayne Nevaeh's oldest brother actually painted the rose on Genji the day she became an adult, in flit years anyway.

Flit Profile: Kale
Descrip: Sitting on a small table beside the only bed in the weyr is a long scroll almost like a journal and within it's contents is much information about Nevaeh herself, Her flits and her beloved blue Javareth. This is just the bits and pieces she has placed about her bronze flit Kale with in the scroll.
Appearance: Kale is an odd brownish color with green and blue gleaming from his hide when sunlight hits his hide. Though he has no distinctive markings Kale always has a small leather bag tied around his ankle in which he keeps his most treasured possession, a round rock he uses like a ball to play fetch. The rock has been painted a bright red color just so that when it is thrown it will stand out against the other rocks that litter the ground.

Extra Stuff:
Descrip: Random bits of information on scrolls that lie strung out over a small table in one of the corners of the large weyr. Some pieces a bit smudged and faded and a few bits torn to shreds by what looks to have been talons. But most in perfect shape and well taken care of by Nevaeh along with a few drawings and pictures of family hidden within a strong box to keep them completely safe from the scroll recor of the weyr (aka Kale).
Flit History: Teal's egg was bought from a trader by the masterfisherman (Nevaeh's dad) for Nevaeh's 16th birthday and in that same trade the trader out of respect gave him a second egg (Genji's egg). The Masterfisherman tried to decline but they would not and since he did not want the egg Nevaeh agreed to take the egg when she found out.
Nevaeh on the other hand requested Kale as an egg, while she was a Fort Candidate, from one of Issiko's clutch, Rayinte the weyrwoman of Benden's flit. His egg didn't hatch though until after Nevaeh impressed Javareth her blue dragon. Now he is one of the many pieces’ that makes up Nevaeh's odd family.

Though late at night a single light in the dark along the cliffs of Fort Weyr shinned brightly. Within a weyr on the cliffs Nevaeh the rider of blue Javareth sat in her bed watching her fire lizards Teal, Genji, and Kade sleep peacefully on the edge of her bed. She was still getting used to sleeping in a weyr of her very own and at time she caught herself startled awake only to find her fire lizards asleep and Javareth out cold on his stone couch. But yet still it seemed so strange not to be surrounded by her lover Naeryn, her best friend Fae, their dragons and all of the other Weyrlings. They're presence was a comforting one and without them around now it was getting really hard for her to sleep.

Naeryn stepped just inside Nevaeh's weyr, pausing to let her eyes adjust to the different light. She smiled over at her, one eyebrow quirked up in a flirtatious look. "Hey, babe."

Nevaeh off in deep thought jumped when a voice called out to her. Looking over to the entrance to her and Javareth's weyr Nevaeh sighed slightly and smiled. There stood Naeryn in all her greatness. "Well hey to yourself." Nevaeh replied sitting up a bit higher. "What are you doing up so late? I was expecting you to be asleep by now." With a flirtacious smile Nevaeh motioned Naeryn to come closer and have a seat.

Naeryn smiled, walking up and seating herself next to Nevaeh. "Couldn't sleep. It's strange... not being surrounded by everyone anymore." She gave a wistful sigh. "I never thought I'd miss the other weyrlings' snores." Leaning her head on Nevaeh's shoulder, she closed her eyes. "I was just sitting in my weyr, looking out at the stars... and wanted to be with you."

Nevaeh watched Naeryn as she seated herself. "I understand. It's so different when none of the others are around. It's actually... quiet." Nevaeh chuckled and winked. When Naeryn placed her head on Nevaeh's shoulders Nevaeh leaned her head upon Naeryn's and wrapped her arm around Naeryn's waist pulling her close. "I'm suprised you found my weyr. It took me forever to locate it.."
