First of all, how do you beat Pride at the end, with any character. I played character mode as Al and got my bum wooped XDD And question number two, do you need to beat character mode with Izumi or Scar to get there books? I know that you can get Marcoh's book by going into a secret room with Al and get Kimblee's book by going in the same room with Roy, but do you get Scar and Izumi's book the same way?

I read the FAQ in GameFaqs, you have to beat character mode with Scar and Izumi to get there books... sweatdrop But, theres no FAQ's on how to beat Pride with any character, but I think that you should start with a character your most comfortable with, beat Pride with him/her, then try to do the same with other characters. Or you can mess around by quitting the game after clearing off an area, so you can get better with the character's moves. Frankly, I'd say that you should beat Pride with Ed first, then randomly pick another character after that. I should play that sometime, when your sister's friend fixes her DS.
