"Shakespeare In Love" for movie. God, it's SO amazing!!!
"Will" by Grace Tiffany and "Interred With Their Bones" by Jennifer Lee Carrell for books. "Will" explores his life and just completely consumes you. "Interred With Their Bones" is a contemporary mystery/suspense that is so easy to get caught up in!
The only Shakespeare-related play I've read is "Rosencrantz and Guildensern Are Dead". I found hilaious, especially the exchange with the players. However, the rest of my high school class didn't quite get it and looked at me strangely when I was laughing and couldn't explain the players....
I haven't seen "The Shakespeae Code" episode of Dr. Who, so my favorite TV episode at the moment is "Shakespeare Re-Told." Probably either Taming of the Shrew or Midsummer.
