After much discussion and procrastonation from the crew (myself included), we have decided to put classes into this sub-forum, much like they have classes on the guild Blessed Be.
Ours will have a few changes to it, though.
Due to budget restraints, we currently won't be paying the teachers for their hard work. Which is okay, right? Because teachers should teach for the love of expanding others' knowledge, not to get some cheap Gaia Gold. But (there is almost always a but), if a classmate was willing to pay for classes, he/she should work that out with the teacher.
Another change will be some rules, posted here:
Rules:
Classmates must be put on the teacher's Friends List--unless the teacher specifically says otherwise. This makes it easier for the teacher to get in touch with his/her students for emergency purposes. And, really, who couldn't use more friends?
Teachers, please post here for permission from a crew member about teaching a certain subject. There might already be one in the works.
My Energy and Shielding class's format should be the example. In the title, write "Class:::" and then whatever the class subject is. Quick announcements can be posted here, too. But please refrain from putting polls on your class threads, it's hard to read for some people.
