Mahi walked into the Training Grounds, waiting for his opponent.

Haruki walked opposite of Mahi and got in his fighting stance, "Ready when you are."

Haruki shrugged and raced toward Mahi his katana in hand. When he neared him he jumped into the air and over the other boy, attacking him from behind.

A vine shot out from his back and wrapped around the blade and his arm, constricting and stopping him from attacking while simultaneously flinging him back over and towards a tree.

Haruki quickly threw kunai at Mahi as he went flying and immediately did the hand signs to his Kujaku Myouhou Zan then Yoku causing chakra wings to come forth from his back. It was only enough to lessen his impact against the tree but he quickly shook it off and flew to the ground.

Mahi's vine whipped away the kunai. From a pack on his waist, he pulled out a rose. "Bara Shibenjin." The rose elongated and became stronger and as Haruki sped for the ground, Mahi let the whip speed for his body.

Haruki fled from the ground and into the air easily dodging the whip's first attack, "I'm sorry but I can't let you do that!" Haruki quickly did his hand signs for his Chakra no Nawa and thin chakra rope came forth from his hands wrapping themselves aroung the whip and stopping its motion while traveling down it toward Mahi.

Mahi smiled at this. "Oh, pretty." He remarked before he made the rose shrink and fall of the bindings and to the ground. He jumped into a tree and quickly let shuriken fly.

Haruki's Chakra no Nawa still in effect block most of them and he dodge all but one that cut his cheek. He clicked his tongue as he whiped the blood from his cut then flew down toward Mahi while drawing a few of his own shuriken and throwing them.

Mahi pulled out a kunai and slashed them down to the ground before jumping out towards Haruki, a new rose whip in hand.

Haruki wasn't about to back down as stretched out his chakra ropes readying them to ketch anything as he neared Mahi.

He whipped his whip out at him, tangling it around the ropes as he pulled Haruki in close to him. He threw his fist towards Haruki's face.

The chakra ropes extended further wrapping around Mahi's arm in attempt to stop the punch but only managed to slow it down. Haruki's head jerked back as the punch hit him in the cheek, it wasn't a hard punch but it was the lightest either. But he quickly shook it off and threw his own punch while his chakra ropes wrapped around Mahi's arms and body.
